This Law prescribes all necessary standards, rules and procedures aimed to regulate the correct and sustainable management of the geodetic-cadastre of the Macedonian Republic, including the provisions governing the information system, the maintenance of the real estate cadastre, the establishment and maintenance of the cadastre of infrastructure objects as part of the real estate cadastre, the basic geodetic works, the geodetic works for special purposes, the real estate property survey performed in service of the real estate cadastre, the survey and the maintenance of the state borderline of Republic of Macedonia, the topographic maps, the mass property valuation, the establishment and the management of the graphic registry of land constructions, the administration of the spatial units registry, the administration of the graphic registry of streets and house numbers, the supervision over the performance of the sole proprietors–authorized surveyors and trade companies for geodetic works, as well as for the status, the organization, the functioning and the official authorizations of the National Agency for Real Estate Cadastre.This Law is divided into 19 Chapters and 271 articles. The Chapters are: General provisions (1); Agency for Real Estate Cadastre (2); Geodetic-cadastre information system (3); Basic geodetic works (4); Real property survey (5); Geodetic works for special purposes (6); Topographic maps (7); Sole proprietors-Authorized surveyors and trade companies for geodetic works (8); Real estate cadastre (9); Types, legal basis and documentation for registration of the real property rights in the real estate cadastre (10); Establishment of cadastre of infrastructure objects (11); Maintenance of the real estate cadastre and Registration of real estate properties which remained with unregistered rights (12); Valuation and recording of the value of the real estate properties (13); Registries in the geodetic cadastre information system and spatial units registry (14); Judicial protection (15); Internal control of the Agency and audit (16); Supervision of the work of the sole proprietors-authorized surveyors and trade companies for geodetic works (17); Penalty provisions (18); Transitional and final provisions (19).
