De esta forma, el presente compendio se constituye en una guía, así como en un instrumento de consulta técnico-legal para los servidores de las Direcciones Regionales de Agricultura a cargo de los procedimientos de saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria. El propósito es entender el proceso de formalización, promoviendo el sector con la difusión del marco legal, el fortalecimiento de la gestión descentralizada, así como al desarrollo del sector agrario.
