La presente ley tiene por objeto la preservación, conservación, defensa y mejoramiento del medio ambiente de la provincia de Tierra del Fuego, Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur. A tal fin establece sus principios rectores con miras a perpetuar los ecosistemas existentes en su territorio, como patrimonio común de todas las generaciones, debiendo asegurar la conservación de la calidad ambiental, la diversidad biológica y sus recursos escénicos. La Ley consta de tres títulos.

This Instrument amends the Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Grant) (Scotland) Scheme 2003. It brings forward the deadline for making an application from 14 March 2008 (the fifth anniversary of the coming into force of the Scheme) to 31 October 2005 (par. 2(2)(c)). It also brings forward the date by which expenditure must have been incurred to the same date (par. 2(3)). The condition of application requiring the expenditure to have been incurred before applying for a grant is removed (pars. 2(2)(a), (b) and (d)).

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale détermine les critères d’assimilation d’une étude de sol à une reconnaissance de l’état du sol. L’artice 2 établit que les critères dont l'absence implique le refus de l'étude de sol antérieure et la réalisation d'une reconnaissance de l'état du sol conforme à l'ordonnance relative à la gestion des sols pollués ou un complément d'étude venant s'ajouter aux données précédentes selon les cas, sont celles énumérées dans cet article.
