La presente Resolución prohíbe el uso intencional del fuego como elemento de manejo ecológico de los campos, cerrados u otro tipo de formación de sabana, adaptados a la ocurrencia de incendios periódicos, en el período de escasez de lluvias (meses de junio, julio y agosto). This Decree provides for the promotion, economical support and international participation to initiatives aimed at the improvement of the so called rural industrial production by mean of policies and financial interventions in the rural communities.

The Minister declares under section 21 of the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Ordinance Protected Forests for purposes of protection against storms, winds, rolling stones, floods, landslides, prevention of soil erosion and the deposit of mud, stones, etc. on agricultural land, prevention of wastage of resources of timber and for securing the proper management of timber lands, the maintenance of water supplies in springs, rivers, canals and reservoirs, the protection of specified works, and the preservation of health.

The Minister declares under section 19 of the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Ordinance Forest Reserves for purposes of protection against storms, winds, rolling stones, floods, landslides, prevention of soil erosion and the deposit of mud, stones, etc. on agricultural land, prevention of wastage of resources of timber and for securing the proper management of timber lands, the maintenance of water supplies in springs, rivers, canals and reservoirs, the protection of specified works, the preservation of health, and the protection of slopes over 35° of inclination.

Le présent décret fixe les conditions et les modalités d'autorisation d'usage dans le cadre des dispositions de l'article 35 de la loi nº 84-12 du 23 juin 1984 portant régime général des forêts.
