Land Tenure Working Paper 20. This paper presents an analysis of communal tenure and its role for natural resource management system, in different contexts of selected Asian countries. The National Medium Term Priority Framework (NMTPF) is intended to provide a framework for FAO and the GoI to work in partnership with local stakeholders to make a contribution to the development of the food and agriculture system of India.
