El presente Reglamento, que consta de 8 capítulos, 68 artículos, 2 disposiciones especiales, 3 transitorias y 1 final, dispone que el otorgamiento de tierras eriazas compete al Ministerio de Agricultura (art. 2º) y está condicionado a la existencia de aguas de libre disponibilidad, debiendo tramitarse el otorgamiento para el uso de dicho recurso en el mismo expediente que origina el pedido de tierras (art. 3º).

This Act provides for the use of public uncultivated lands. It consists of 42 articles specifying the requirements to be met in order to exploit these lands, establishing the conditions for land expropriation, concession, use, etc. It lays down duties, competencies and composition of national administration responsible for the management of these lands, fees to be paid, land lease, etc.

This Act amends article 164, 165 and 169 of Decree-Law No. 327/90 of 22 October (regulating land occupation after forest fires). Amending articles deal with the requirements to be met by landowners who have suffered forest fires.

Cette loi porte dispositions relatives au domaine foncier rural. La loi est formée par 29 articles répartis en 6 chapitres, à savoir: Définition et composition du domaine foncier rural (I); Propriété, concession et transmission du domaine foncier rural (II); Mise en valeur et gestion du domaine foncier rural (III); Dispositions financières et fiscales (IV); Dispositions transitoires (V); Dispositions finales (VI).

La présente loi, formée de trois chapitres, détermine la composition du domaine des Régions (1), fixe les règles de gestion du domaine des Régions (2), et comporte des dispositions finales (3) d'application. Il est à relever que l'Etat peut passer avec la région des conventions portant sur l'exploitation ou l'utilisation de tout ou partie de ses biens meubles ou immeubles. Par ailleurs, il convient de noter que les biens immobiliers de la région sont inscrits à son nom, au livre foncier à la requête des autorités régionales.

This Law defines the concept of concession, objects of concessions and spheres of business activity for which concessions may be granted, the procedure for granting concessions, the rights and duties of government institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and those of enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries which operate on the basis of concession contracts. Concession is defined as the right to use the existing state-owned or municipal property or property that is to be created, which is granted under contract for the performance of certain business activity.

A law that regulates land-use planning and rational exploitation of land. Land is property of the Government of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, its exploitation is allowed only under concession or authorization granted by the Government. Agricultural land exploitation areas shall not exceed 300 hectars, but the Council of Ministers may authorize land-use concessions to cooperatives and national or foreign companies for areas not exceeding 1500 hectars.

Cette ordonnance établit le régime foncier et domanial en Mauritanie.La terre appartient à la nation et tout Mauritanien, sans discrimination d'aucune sorte, peut, en se conformant à la Loi, en devenir propriétaire, pour partie. L'Etat reconnait et garantit la propriété foncière privée qui doit, conformément à la Chariâa; contribuer au développement économique et social du pays. Le système de la tenure traditionnelle du sol est aboli. Les terres qui ont appartenu à l'Etat, en vertu des dispositions de la loi n 60.139 du 2 Août 1960, demeurent domaniales.

Ce décret porte application de l'ordonnance qui établit le régime foncier et domanial en Mauritanie.
