This Law establishes legal status, the modalities of allotment, attachment and management of the territories of traditional nature management of indigenous scanty population of the North in the Khabarovsk Territory and is aimed at the solution of economic, social and demographic problems of indigenous scanty population of the North for the purpose of ensuring traditional way of life of the aforesaid population.

La présente loi régit l’ensemble des biens (un domaine public et un domaine privé) appartenant à l’Etat, aux personnes publiques décentralisées et aux personnes morales de droit public subordonnées à l’Etat et possédant l’autonomie financière. A cet effet, ce texte définit la consistance et formation du domaine public et du domaine privé.

Cette loi porte régime général des biens, régime foncier et immobilier et régime des sûretés.

The Law provides for mining and exploitation of mineral resources as natural gas, petroleum, crude oil and assorted minerals. Prospectors must apply for a prospecting licence that shall be granted after the payment of a fee. Lands alienated for the purpose of mining operations shall be paid off as rent and royalties. Lands comprise also the continental shelf. Mining leases shall comply with land laws as per the survey, delimitations, land tenure and revenues and acquisition.

This Law establishes the legal basis for setting up and functioning of special economic zone in the Kaliningrad Region, taking into account its specific geographical position and importance for the national interests of the Russian Federation. The development of special economic zone is carried out on the basis of the Federal State Program. Licensing of private business undertakings in special economic zone is not necessary except for cases envisaged by the Russian legislation.

This Law establishes legal basis for carrying out either foreign or local investments end ensuring their protection. The purpose of the Law is to establish legal basis for promotion of investments. Investments are all types of property and intellectual values and rights invested and used in entrepreneurial activity on the territory of Georgia for the purpose of making profit. Such values can be land, land tenancy, the right to use natural resources (including concession) and licences.

This Act applies to the exploration and exploitation of deposits, situated on the owned land or on land belonging to someone else, if the deposit contains anyone of the mineral substances specified in section 1 (concession minerals). This Act shall not be applicable to areas within public waters of the sea. The Act provides for the right to exploration and exploitation of mineral substances, and regulates the granting of and conditions of exploration permits and exploitation concessions, compensation, etc.

In implementing provisions of the Minerals Act, this Regulation provides for the application for an exploration permit, decision concerning exploration permit, extension of the period of exploration, fees, granting of exploitation concessions, and proceedings for the designation of land, and contains detailed provisions regarding restrictions on to exploration works. An application for an exploration permit shall be made in writing and shall be submitted to the Mining Inspector in accordance with article 1 and following.

This Decision of the Minister of Finance provides for issuing the Regulation on rents applicable to foreign investors who rent land, or water expanses or sea areas in order to conduct their operations (agricultural, infrastructure etc. etc.) Rent Coefficients shall be calculated for urban, non urban land, water( meaning river and lakes) and sea on specific parameters.

The present Law shall define organizational, economic and legal terms and conditions of foreign concessions in Turkmenistan. A concession shall provide for the right given by the state to a foreign legal entity or a natural person – a concessionaire – to use plots of land, natural resources, enterprises and other assets on the basis of an agreement for a specified period of time and in return for a payment. Concession activity in Turkmenistan is carried out in accordance with the following principles: rational use of natural resources, ensuring ecological, sanitary and hygienic safety.
