Amending Article 1 of Sub-Decree No. 20 ANK.BK dated 28 January 2011, to reclassification of 4,000 hectares of land in Sokhdom commune of Sen Monorom district and Pou Chrey commune of Pech Cheada district of Mondulkiri province for rubber and other crops plantation investment.

Reclassifying 8,000 hectares as state private land in Kaun Mom and Veun Sai districts of Ratanakiri province for rubber plantation investment.

Reclassifying 8,200 hectares as state private land in Sro Yaong and Phnom Tbeng 2 communes of Kulen district and Phnom Tbeng 1 of Sangkum Thmey district of Preah Vihear province for rubber and other crops plantation investment.

Reclassying 5,914 hectares as state private land in Santuk district of Kampong Thom province for rubber plantation investment.

Determining 500 hectares as sustainable use zone in Phnom Namlea Wildlife Sanctuary in Pech Cheada district of Mondulkiri province, and granting the land for agro-industry and rubber and hardwood plantation investment to Sitthi Agriculture Plantation Co., Ltd.

Determining 17,650 hectares as sustainable use zones in Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary in Oaral district of Kampong Spue province, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to Great Field (Cambodia) International Ltd (9,059 hectares), and to Yellow Field (Cambodia) International Ltd (8,591 hectares).

Determining 4,280 hectares as sustainable use zones in Butom Sakor National Park in Koh Kong province, and granting the land for eco-agriculture investment to SINOMEXIM Investment Co., Ltd.

Reclassifying 7,863 ha as state private land in Sangkum Thmey district and Roveang district of Preah Vihear province for agro-industry and rubber investment.

Amending Article 1 of the Sub-Decree 37 ANK.BK dated 17 February 2009 by changing the word "lease" to "concession", and granting concession to Sethikula Co., Ltd for rubber plantation for 99 years.

Determining 9,700 hectares as sustainable use zones in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Oudor Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces, and granting the land for agro-industry investment for 70 years to Seng Hong Plantation Company Ltd.

Reclassifying 1,400 hectares as state private land in Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary in Am Leang commune of Thporng disrict and Trapeang Cho commune of Oaral district in Kampong Speu province for agro-industry investment.

Reclassifying 9,700 hectares as state private land in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Oudor Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces for agro-industry investment under concession condition.
