Reclassifying 8,568 hectares as state private land in Preah Soramrith Kosamak "Kirirom" National Park in Kampong Spue and Preah Sihanouk provinces for investment in pine rasin exploitation, clearance and changing to plant more pine trees, and establishing pine rasin processing factory under concession condition.

Cutting 1,066.92 hectares of land in Oaral district of Kampong Spue province: (1) 1,048.33 hectares cutting from Oaral Wildlife Sanctuaru, and (2) 18.59 hectares from Economic Land Concession of HLH Agriculture, and reclassifying 960.39 hectares as state private land for granting donation to families, and reserving 106.53 hectares as state public land in Chrok Teak village, Paeng Chou commune, Oaral district of Kampong Spue province.

Determining 9,173 hectares as sustainable use zone in Lumphat Wildlife Sanctuary in Ratanakiri province, and granting for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment to Hoang Anh Lumphat Co., Ltd.

Determining 3,000 hectares as sustainable use zone in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Oudor Meanchey province, and granting for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment to Hout Meng Rita Co., Ltd.

Reclassifying 8,959 hectares as state private land in Mlu Prey 1, Chep 1, Chep 2, and Sangke 1 communes of Chep district of Preah Vihear province for rubber, accasia and sugar plantation investment.

Reclassifying 9,173 hectares as state private land in Lumphat Wildlife Sanctuary in Lumphat district of Ratanakiri province for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment under concession condition.

Cutting 4,698 hectares: (1) 78 hectares cutting from Economic Land Concession of Kasotim and reclassying as state private land, (2) 3,014 hectares cutting from Economic Land Concession of Dau Thieng (Cambodia), (3) 12 hectares cutting from Economic Land Concession of Dau Thieng Kratie, (4) 223 hectares cutting from Chan Sophea, and (5) granting donation of 1,371 hectares replacing social land concession for granting ownership to 1,618 families in Damrey Phung commune of Chhlong district and Svay Chhras commune of Snoul district in Kratie.

Determining 9,985 hectares as sustainable use zones in Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary in Oaral district of Kampong Speu province, reclassyfing the land as state private land, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to HLH Agriculture under 70 years lease term.

Determining 2 management zones in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary as sustainable use zones in Ouder Meanchey, and granting the land to 2 companies (7,750 hectares to Tomring Rubber Co., Ltd; and 7,700 hectares to Data Rubber (Cambodia) Co., Ltd).

Amending Article 1 of Sub-Decree No. 48 ANK.BK dated 30 March 2009 by changing "for lease" to "for granting concession".
