The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the sound development of the national economy and to the preservation of national land and the environment by promoting the development of forestry and the various functions of forests concerning public interests, through rational preservation and use of mountainous districts.

La présente loi fixe le cadre juridique général de l’Aménagement du Territoire national dans une perspective de développement durable. A ce titre, elle s’applique à toutes les opérations relatives à l’occupation de l’espace, à l’affectation ou à la répartition équilibrée des populations, des activités, des infrastructures, des équipements et des services sur le territoire national.

This Procedure determines the mechanism of inspection and renewal of State Geodetic Network points, establishes the types of thereof and shall be mandatory for the subjects of topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity.

Article 6 establishes that geodetic and cartographic products created by municipalities for the state shall be owned by the state, while geodetic and cartographic work created by municipalities for its own use shall be owned by municipalities. Article 9 establishes the competence of ministries and state institutions in the sphere of geodetic and cartographic activities.

Le présent décret modifie le décret n° 2-94-266 du 18 chaabane 1415 (20 janvier 1995) pris pour l'application de la loi n°30-93 relative à l'exercice de la profession d'ingénieur géomètre-topographe et instituant l'Ordre national des ingénieurs géomètres-topographes.

La présente ordonnance crée un service central dénommé Direction Nationale des frontières a pour mission l’élaboration des éléments de la politique nationale des frontières et d’assurer la coordination et le contrôle de l’action des autorités administratives, des services et des organes publics qui concourent à la mise en œuvre de cette politique.

This Law establishes the procedure for the fulfilment of geodetic and cartographic works, the purpose of the Lithuanian spatial information infrastructure, the state georeferenced spatial data sets, the purpose of the georeference cadastre, the principles of its establishment and management, the ownership rights of geodetic and cartographic production. It is related to geodetic and cartographic works, fundamental rights and duties in geodesy and cartography.

This Law amends various provisions stipulated by the Law on state survey and real estate cadaster (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 29/2007).Significant changes are related to the general terms, definitions and denominations; annual plan of works (updated provisions introducing some new provisions); specific rules for geodetic organization related matters; certain financial/fiscal costs/fees as regards the cadaster issues; and offences and consequential penalties.

This Law regulates the issues regarding the state survey, the real estate cadastre and the registration of rights real estate, the cadastre of the water supply pipelines, the basic state map and topographic maps, the boundary of the state border and other specific issues of importance for the state survey and cadaster as official state mapping/survey register.The Law is divided into XIX Chapters and 192 articles, including the offences and related penalties (see Chapter XVIII).

El presente Decreto declara como datum horizontal oficial para Costa Rica, el CR05, enlazado al Marco Internacional de Referencia Terrestre (ITRF2000) del Servicio Internacional de Rotación de la Tierra (IERS) para la época de medición 2005.83, asociado al elipsoide del Sistema Geodésico Mundial (WGS84).

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el Reglamento del Registro Nacional de Profesionales y Técnicos de Demarcación Territorial, respecto al tipo de profesionales y técnicos que comprenderá en el libro de profesionales a abogados, administradores, arquitectos, Eeconomistas, geógrafos, ingenieros geógrafos y sociólogos, y respecto a los objetivos de la capacitación de los mismos.

This Decree aims at preserving green areas and providing landslide safety during construction. In order to determine the best construction site in cities, urban green spaces shall be mapped on paper and in electronic form. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Committee for Urban Planning and the State Committee for Construction and Architecture shall publish electronic maps of urban green spaces and landslide site on their official website after approved by the Council of Ministers.
