The Land Code makes provision for the regulation of "land relations" and its purpose is to secure rational use and protection of land, the protection of the environment, and "the equal development of all forms of economic activity in Tajikistan" (Preamble). Other laws regulating land relations may be enacted on the basis of this Code.Land is declared to be in exclusive ownership if the State in article 2.

This Decree approves the Regulation of the Land and Agrarian Reform Institution of the State of Pernambuco (ITERPE). This Regulation (in Annex I), consisting of 8 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institution ITERPE, created by Law No.

This Decree validates some regulations related to land tenure and land management.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Norma para determinar los valores unitarios oficiales de terrenos urbanos a nivel nacional, que actualiza los criterios para determinar los referidos valores unitarios.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento interno del Consejo Consultivo del Programa de Regularización del Catastro y Registro, que es el órgano que brinda asesoría y orientación estratégica al Programa y que será presidido por el representante del Ministerio de Hacienda.

The present Regulation is made under the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation amends section 158 of the afore-mentioned Act dealing with restriction of application for the registration of the fee simple. Ce décret modifie le décret nº 55-1350 du 14 octobre 1955 modifié pris pour l'application du décret nº 55-22 du 4 janvier 1955 portant réforme de la publicité foncière, et notamment les dispositions relatives à la mention de la clause prévoyant que le créancier hypothécaire impayé deviendra propriétaire de l’immeuble hypothéqué et à l’inscription de l’acte notarié par lequel le prêteur de deniers renonce à son privilège inscrit avant le 20 février 2007, en contrepartie de la constitution par le débiteur d’une hypothèque rechargeable.

La présente loi modifie l’Ordonnance n°00-027-P-RM du 22 mars 2000 portant Code Domanial et Foncier modifiée et ratifiée par la Loi n°02-008 du 12 février 2002.

Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Cadastre valuation shall be applicable for the purpose of assessment of cost of forest land either pertaining or not pertaining to public forest in case of management thereof for purposes not related to forest manegement, and also for expropriation (purchase) for state and public needs".

This regulation implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the location of offices of the land registry, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. The regulation is completed by two schedules, one on offices of the land registry and one on fees.

This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping of cadastre through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. The latter must perform the geodetic surveying and topographic mapping of Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, as well as their waters.
