This Act contains rules relative to real property and especially the lease and disposal of land.It prescribes rules relative to the manner of giving effect to equitable interests and powers, creation and disposition of equitable interests, vesting orders and dispositions of legal estates operating as conveyances by an estate owner, leasehold, rights on real property in case of infancy, lunacy or death, common ownership, registration of rights, etc.
This Decree amends the Cadastre Decree and some other Decrees in relation with the amendment of the Cadastre Act made by the Act Basic Registration Cadastre and Topography. The amendments have a technical character.

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Surveys Act. In particular, the Regulations apply to all lands in Saskatchewan: a) that are located in an area of Saskatchewan that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has designated pursuant to section 87 of the Act as an area to which the Act applies; and b) that are within the legislative competence of the Legislature.
This Ministerial Decree establishes that heads of enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespectively of departmental subordination and individual farmers and also bodies of local self-government shall submit to the executive bodies of urban centres reports on changes in the composition of the plots of land to the date of 1 January. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall submit to the Government by 30 March general report on availability of land, soil quality and land tenure.

La presente Ley modifica la de promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal y su inscripción registral en diversas materias relacionadas con la ejecución del programa y de los procedimientos de formalización de la propiedad urbana.
La presente Ley declara de interés nacional la promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal y su inscripción registral con el fin de garantizar los derechos de todos los ciudadanos a la propiedad y al ejercicio de la iniciativa privada en una economía social de mercado, y crea la Comisión de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI), como organismo rector máximo encargado de diseñar y ejecutar de manera integral, comprehensiva y rápida un programa de formalización de la propiedad y de su mantenimiento dentro de la formalidad.
The Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) joint programmes in the sphere of cadastre, land resources, geodesy and cartography; (b) exchange of information; (c) exchange of maps; (d) exchange on experience related to land use planning, land survey and land cadastre; (e) joint symposia and conferences; (f) consulting (art. 2).
This Chapter concerns the recording of conveyance of real property and the effects of recording. The term conveyance embraces every instrument in writing by which any estate or interest in real property is created, alienated, mortgaged, or encumbered, or by which the title to any real property may be affected, except wills. Every conveyance of real property acknowledged or proved and certified and recorded as prescribed by law from the time it is filed with the Director of Land Management is constructive notice of the contents thereof to subsequent purchasers and mortgagees.
The Minister orders to validate the form of information on the plots of land subject to land taxation (Annex 1) and the Recommendations for filling in thereof (Annex 2). The form includes cadastre number of the plot of land, category of land in conformity with land classification currently in force, land valuation as recorded in land cadastre and land registration number.
