Environmental Action Strategy for Sustainable Development in Italy.
The Environmental Action Strategy for Sustainable Development in Italy is a strategic instrument with a national coverage which sets out the goals to be attained for sustainable development and outlines related measures and actions to be undertaken. The national environmental action strategy ensures continuity to the European Union action, namely through the Sixth Environmental Action Plan, with the targets regarding social cohesion, full employment and environmental protection approved by the Council of Europe in Lisbon and Göthenburg.
Ley XVI Nº 37 (Antes Ley 3231) - Ley de conservación de suelos.
Esta Ley regula las acciones estatales y privadas tendientes a la conservación, mejoramiento y recuperación de la capacidad productiva del suelo de la provincia.
Law No. 236 amending Land Code of the Republic of Moldova.
Article 38 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 38 (1). The use of agricultural land for rural tourism (agro-tourism). Ley 10552 - Ley de conservación y manejo de suelos.
La presente Ley establece normas tendientes al control y prevención de todo proceso de degradación de los suelos; a la recuperación, habilitación y mejoramiento de las tierras para la producción; y a la promoción de la educación conservacionista. El objetivo es asegurar los medios para adecuar la utilización de la tierra, conforme a su aptitud, manteniendo el equilibrio de los ecosistemas de manera de evitar el deterioro de la economía provincial y teniendo en cuenta las posibilidades reales y efectivas de los usuarios.
Regional Legislative Decree No. 25/2017/M adapting to the Autonomous Region of Madeira Law No. 54/2005 on the ownership of water resources.
This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 18 articles, adapts Law No. 54/2005 on the ownership of water resources to the legislation of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. It regulates the following land ownership issues: Land near the crest of the cliffs reached or inserted in consolidated urban centres; Process of recognition of private property on public land parcels; Administrative easements on private plots of beds and public water banks; Areas threatened by the sea or floods, etc.

Government Regulation of the R.I. No. 71 of 2014 concerning Protection and Management of Ecosystem of Peat lands.
This Government Regulation, consisting of 47 articles divided into nine Chapters, implements Law No. 32 of 2009 on Protection and Environmental Management, and aims at protecting and managing Peatlands ecosystems. Planning of Peatland Ecosystem Protection and Management is done through the following stages: 1. Peatland Ecosystem inventory; 2. Determination of the function of the Peat Ecosystem; and 3. Drafting and establishing the Peatland Ecosystem Protection and Management plan.
