The aim of this Decree is to regulate the Survey and Land Registration Bureau. This Decree is composed of 3 articles.

This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles of determination, registration, approval, change and announcement of natural sites, special environmental protection areas and natural assets. This Regulation further sets forth the procedures and principles of registration, approval and announcement of national parks, natural parks, natural monument, natural conservation area and wetlands.

La direction générale du recensement des biens publics au ministère des domaines de l'Etat et des affaires foncières procède à la tenue d'un registre dénommé "registre des droits réels grevant les constructions, ouvrages et équipements fixes édifiés dans le cadre des concessions". Les droits réels grevant les constructions, ouvrages et équipements fixes édifiés par les concessionnaires pour l'exercice de leurs activités durant la période des concessions sont inscrits au registre.

This Regional Law establishes that price of a plot of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production already allotted to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) possession or as lifelong hereditary possession in case of purchase thereof by the aforesaid categories of tenants shall be 15 percent of estimated cadastre value at the date of submittal of application.

Regulation No. 37 of 1998 provides for the appointment of Land Conveyancer and the establishment of Land Conveyancer Offices. This Letter further defines various matters relating to such officials and their activities. The Conveyancers shall draw up deeds relative to land according to instructions given in comma 4. The provision of this Letter also concerns the fostering and supervision of Land Conveyancers.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure for the mandatory cadastral land classification and land reclamation on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.Concrete land cadastral classification and land reclamation rules and requirements are also governed by the necessary cadastral culture and cadastral class evaluation of a specific land parcel (fertile land, agricultural land and other).

La presente Ley de estabilidad de la propiedad, tiene por objeto el logro de la estabilidad de la titulación para los beneficiarios de la Reforma Agraria y Reforma Urbana. Dispone que las solvencias de Ordenamiento Territorial y las resoluciones denegatorias dictadas por la Oficina de Ordenamiento Territorial (OOT) que se encuentren firmes, tendrán carácter de documento público con el mismo valor legal que establece el Código de Procedimiento Civil.

The Code regulates the land relations on the territory of Armenia and intends to provide effective land use and maintenance, environmental protection and improvement, creation of conditions for equal development of all economic forms based on a variety of property, preservation of rights of citizens, enterprises and organizations, and at legal reinforcement of the rule of law in the sphere of land relations (Preamble). The Code sets out the redistribution of the land stocks by allotting land as property, for permanent use and for temporary use (art.5-7).

The purpose of the present Law is the correct and efficient enforcement of the federal legislation on official land survey. In particular, article 1 establishes that the political municipalities are responsible for the official land survey. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Time of implementation (II); Official boundary and survey marking (III); Contributions and costs (IV); Final provisions (V).

This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. State registration of the objects of cultural heritage shall include: (a) identification, inspection and listing of the objects of cultural heritage; (b) formation of the register of the identified objects of cultural heritage; (c) data collection related to the objects of cultural heritage; and (d) monitoring of the objects of cultural heritage.

The present Ordinance implements the federal legislation on official land survey and the Law of 26 November 1995 on official land survey. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Spatial Information Office shall be responsible for the land survey in the Canton St. Gallen.
