La presente Resolución modifica el Instructivo normativo que regula el procedimiento para la administración, protección de datos públicos y transferencia de archivos físicos documentales, archivos digitales y sistemas informáticos que actualmente estén siendo utilizados por los registradores de la propiedad en todo el país, en el sentido de garantizar la protección de los datos públicos y la continuidad de la prestación del servicio registral.

This Act, which extends to England and Wales and Scotland, consolidates legislation on co-operative and community benefit societies (formerly known as industrial and provident societies). The Act concerns registration etc. of societies and administration and operation of registered societies. A large part of the Act is dedicated to financial arrangement affecting registered societies.

Article 12.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plot or plots of land, indicated in land-use planning scheme or on cadastre map of the territory, shall be formed as a result of consolidation of land plots pertaining to various land categories, except for cases envisaged by the federal legislation”.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system of Hamburg as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Regulation has been elaborated by the specialists of the Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources (ROSKOMZEM) and determines the modalities of working out, issuing (substitution) and conservation of official documents. The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.
