This Decree validates the following form sheets related to removal or replanting of vegetation in urban areas: (a) expert opinion on flora species (Annex 2); (b) list of flora species subject to planned removal or re-planting (Annex 3); (c) authorization for removal of flora species in urban areas (Annex 4); (d) authorization for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 5); (e) register of authorizations for removal of flora species (Annex 6); and (f) register of authorizations for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 7).

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern. Custom Land Management Act (No.33 of 2013).

This Act strengthens the legal framework concerning title to custom land and concerns management of custom land by customary institutions. It formalizes the recognition of customary institutions termed ‘nakamals’ and ‘custom area land tribunals’ to determine the rules of custom which form the basis of ownership and use of land in Vanuatu. In general the Act aims at holding of custom land by owners as a group. Custom land means land owned or occupied, or land in which an interest is held, by one or more persons in accordance with the rules of custom.
