This Act establishes the Lands Commission, in accordance with article 258 of the Constitution as a body corporate, defines the functions of and assigns powers to the Commission and makes provision with respect to its composition and administration and the qualification and appointment of members of the Commission. The headquarters of the Commission shall be in Accra but there shall be in each region a Regional Lands Commission.

This Act makes provision for the subdivision of buildings and pertaining land in single properties and common property, defines ownership and real rights in or over parts of buildings and land and common parts, and provides for registration of title to ownership or other real rights in or over such parts.This Act stipulates that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any law or the common law: (a) a building or buildings comprised in a scheme and the pertaining land, may be divided into sections and common property in accordance with the provisions of this Act: (b) sections may be acq

This Law establishes the framework on environmental protection, which aims at: (a) the rational use of natural resources; (b) the prevention of environmental damage and, when necessary, the rehabilitation and restoration of damaged environment; and (c) the international cooperation in the field of environmental protection.

Il est mis en place dans chaque région, un Comité Régional de Sécurisation Foncière en Milieu Rural.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.

This Act, which extends to England and Wales and Scotland, consolidates legislation on co-operative and community benefit societies (formerly known as industrial and provident societies). The Act concerns registration etc. of societies and administration and operation of registered societies. A large part of the Act is dedicated to financial arrangement affecting registered societies.

Article 12.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plot or plots of land, indicated in land-use planning scheme or on cadastre map of the territory, shall be formed as a result of consolidation of land plots pertaining to various land categories, except for cases envisaged by the federal legislation”.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system of Hamburg as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Regulation has been elaborated by the specialists of the Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources (ROSKOMZEM) and determines the modalities of working out, issuing (substitution) and conservation of official documents. This Regulation was approved by the Scientific and Technical Council and was validated by the Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources of the Russian Federation.

La presente Resolución crea el Programa de Formalización de la Propiedad Rural, con el objeto de promover el acceso a la propiedad de la tierra y mejorar la calidad de vida de los campesinos.

This Act strengthens the legal framework concerning title to custom land and concerns management of custom land by customary institutions. It formalizes the recognition of customary institutions termed ‘nakamals’ and ‘custom area land tribunals’ to determine the rules of custom which form the basis of ownership and use of land in Vanuatu. In general the Act aims at holding of custom land by owners as a group. Custom land means land owned or occupied, or land in which an interest is held, by one or more persons in accordance with the rules of custom.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions des articles 2 et 3 de la loi n° 97-026 du 20 mai 1997 régissant la profession de Géomètre Expert.Aux termes de l’article 2 (nouveau), le Géomètre Expert procède en son nom et sous sa responsabilité au cours les opérations qu’il entreprend dans le domaine foncier, notamment les opérations topographiques de foncier et de cadastre ; la matérialisation des limites des biens fonciers, les opérations techniques ou aux études se rapportant aux travaux cadastraux et de lotissement, à l’évaluation, au partage, à la fusion ou à la mutation des biens fonciers.
