Por la presente Ley se establecen las normas y principios básicos de las funciones catastrales y la valuación de los predios. La Dirección General del Catastro es la dependencia del Ejecutivo del Estado que tiene por objeto la formación y conservación del catastro estatal, mediante los sistemas técnicos y administrativos que se establezcan. La Ley clasifica los predios en urbanos, sub-urbanos y rústicos.

This Decree establishes the modalities of cadastre valuation of agricultural land and updating its data related to plots of agricultural land allotted to agricultural organizations, including peasant farms and for subsistence farming purposes. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be conducted on 1 January of the year of performance of cadastre valuation. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be performed by initiative of State Property Committee at least once in 10 years.

This Presidential Decree designates the Federal Agency of Immovable Property as the authorized federal executive body responsible for keeping the state land cadastre, conducting land valuations and survey, and enforcing land legislation. It shall have the following plenary powers: (a) territorial land use planning; (b) cadastre registration of immovable property; (c) mapping; (d) reports on administrative offences related to land legislation; and (e) protection of classified information.

This Decree validates the following form sheets related to removal or replanting of vegetation in urban areas: (a) expert opinion on flora species (Annex 2); (b) list of flora species subject to planned removal or re-planting (Annex 3); (c) authorization for removal of flora species in urban areas (Annex 4); (d) authorization for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 5); (e) register of authorizations for removal of flora species (Annex 6); and (f) register of authorizations for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 7).

This Regulation governs the contents and manner for the correct keeping of all documentation based on the area, spatial division or planning, as well as the content and method for related data collection.As defined by this Regulation, the National Spatial Information System is an integrated set of components for collecting, recording, storing, processing and transmitting information regarding the area/spatial/zone issues on the territory of Montenegro, also established for the purpose of monitoring over the situation in certain area and for the preparation of planning/spatial documents.

This Act establishes the Lands Commission, in accordance with article 258 of the Constitution as a body corporate, defines the functions of and assigns powers to the Commission and makes provision with respect to its composition and administration and the qualification and appointment of members of the Commission. The headquarters of the Commission shall be in Accra but there shall be in each region a Regional Lands Commission.

La presente Ley declara el territorio insular área de desarrollo especial, regula la adjudicación en las zonas costeras y dicta la legislación para el aprovechamiento de estos mediante un proceso de regularización y titulación masiva de derechos posesorios.

This Decree establishes the modalities of cadastre valuation of agricultural land and updating its data related to plots of agricultural land allotted for urban and peri-urban agriculture to horticulture and gardening cooperatives, and also the land or urban areas. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be conducted on 1 July of the year of performance of cadastre valuation. Cadastre valuation of the aforesaid land categories shall be performed by initiative of State Property Committee at least once in 4 years.

The present Regulation implements the Land Titles Act (Chapter L. 5). At the outset the text contains the definition of “electronic format” and “non electronic format”. Section 3 establishes various land titles divisions in application of section 85 of the above-mentioned Act. The text consists of 14 sections.

Le présent décret fixe le cadre organique (structures et effectifs) des services Régionaux et Subrégionaux des Domaines et du Cadastre.

La presente Resolución modifica el Instructivo normativo que regula el procedimiento para la administración, protección de datos públicos y transferencia de archivos físicos documentales, archivos digitales y sistemas informáticos que actualmente estén siendo utilizados por los registradores de la propiedad en todo el país, en el sentido de garantizar la protección de los datos públicos y la continuidad de la prestación del servicio registral.

Le présent décret fixe l’organisation et les modalités de fonctionnement de la Direction Nationale des Domaines et du Cadastre. Un arrêté du Ministre chargé des domaines fixe les détails des modalités de fonctionnement de la Direction Nationale des Domaines et du Cadastre.
