This Law prescribes for the land ownership, powers and responsibilities of the State in representing the entire-people ownership of land and uniformly managing land, the land management and use regimes, and the rights and obligations of land users over the land in the territory of Vietnam. The persons taking responsibility before the State for land use are: 1. The head of an organization, a foreign organization with diplomatic functions, or a foreign invested enterprise, is responsible for the land use by his/her organization. 2.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the efficient management of national land, safe marine transportation, and the protection of ownership of citizens, by prescribing matters concerning the standards and procedures for surveying and waterway survey as well as the preparation, management of cadastral records and comprehensive real estate records.

This Act amends the Local Government Act in provisions concerning land matters consequential upon the enactment of the Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act 2016 and the Land Act 2016. Also the word "Local Authority" is replaced by the word " Local Government Authority" wherever it occurs in the principal Act and provisions regarding the delegation of functions to committee by an Authority, the disposal of land, the designation of an area as a rateable area, the valuation of property, and charges on property. Three new sections are inserted in the principal Act (78A-C).

These Regulations are enacted according to the Equalization of Land Rights Act. The Regulations provide for content, procedure, inquiry, the scope of information provision, and collection of fees, etc. of general registers of landowners.

El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos que la dependencia encargada de tierras, sea la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria o la unidad administrativa que la reemplace, por delegación de la Autoridad Agraria Nacional, debe ejecutar para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales y su Reglamento General de aplicación.

This Decree provides that municipalities shall create a cadastre registering all their immovable properties and keep it updated. The content of cadastre is also addressed.

This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. This Act amends the Constitution of Samoa by repealing Article 41A and by repealing and replacing Article 41. Article 41 concerns the office and powers of the Attorney-General and prosecution of offences. Consequential amendments are made to a number of Acts, including, amongst others, the Land Titles Registration Act 2008, the Waste Management Act 2010, and the Water Resources Management Act 2008.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the managEent of land registers in the Land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Article 1 establishes that land registries have to be kept by the tribunals of first instance and that the relevant Land Registry Ordinance is to be applied. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competence (1); Employees of the Land Registry Office and their responsibility (2); Establishment and management of the Land Registry (3); Mining Property Register (4); transitional provisions (5); Entry into force (5).

This Act, consisting of 250 sections divided into five Parts and one Schedule, establishes Land title and registration requirements.
