La présente loi vise à ce que les autorités fédérales, cantonales et communales, les milieux économiques, la population et les milieux scientifiques disposent rapidement, simplement et durablement de géodonnées mises à jour, au niveau de qualité requis et d’un coût approprié, couvrant le territoire de la Confédération suisse en vue d’une large utilisation.

This Act makes provision for the registration of the ownership of land, lease and other title to land, and for this, and other purposes, establishes the Land Registry.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement flamand fixe le règlement flamand relatif à l’assainissement du sol et à la protection du sol. L’article 2 établit que les valeurs guides pour la qualité du sol, visées à l'article 3, paragraphe 2 du susdit Décret ont fixées à l'annexe II, jointe au présent décret. Le troisième titre intitulé «Assainissement du sol»est le titre plus important de l’arrêté.

Le présent décret a pour objet de fixer les règles d'organisation et de fonctionnement des services extérieurs des domaines et de la conservation foncière.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to public lands. The Minister shall have charge of the management, sale and disposition of the public lands and forests. For the purpose of the present Act “mines and minerals” includes gold, silver, copper, lead, iron and other mines and minerals, and quarries, and beds of stone, marble or gypsum. The text consists of 75 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Ministry of Natural Resource (I); Road on public lands (II); Provisions of general application (III); Construction of dams (IV).

The present Regulations enact section 25 of the Environmental Protection Act. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to the request of environmental records review. For the purpose of the present Act “environmental records review” means a review of the records maintained or held by the Department respecting a principal property and associated properties listed in an application; and “property” means a parcel of land in the province that has a property identification number assigned by the Provincial Treasury. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Titles Act. The Regulations apply to transactions and any other matters regulated by the Act and these regulations that have effect or that may have effect in an area of Saskatchewan that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has designated pursuant to section 191 of the Act as an area to which the Act applies.

This Act validates awards of title of the Commissioner of Title in respect of lands of a specified area of Barbados. The titles shall be deemed to be valid and effectual in law as though the awards were made in compliance with provisions of the Land Registry Act.

This Act makes provision for the recording of certain legal deeds and patents and the effect of such recording and prescribes penalties for the selling or mortgaging of land, tenements and hereditaments twice.The Act sets out certain conditions for a transfer of any freehold or inheritance and defines the legal effect in terms of evidence of the recording of deeds at the Record Office. The Act also provides for the recording of full satisfaction obtained by a mortgagee of any lands or tenements.

This Order regulates state cadastre valuation of agricultural land, but does not apply to state cadastre valuation of land used for gardening, market gardening or hobby farming associations. State cadastre valuation shall classify agricultural land into one of six categories: (a) cultivated land; (b) protected forest belts and disturbed land; (c) land under landlocked waterbodies; (d) shrubbery and tree plantations (except for protection forest belts); (e) forestland not transferred to the forest fund in open-ended ownership or uncompensated use; and (f) reindeer pastureland.

This Order applies to protected areas, in particular to recreational land and land of medicinal localities, spas and health resorts. It shall not apply to state cadastre valuation of urban land, environmental protection land, suburban green belts, land of cultural heritage or tourism, or precious land. State cadastre valuation shall entail: (a) establishing the list of land plots; (b) clustering land plots; (c) designating a reference land plot for each cluster; (d) determining the market value of the reference land plot; and (e) determining the cadastre value of the land plots.

This Instruction establishes the structure of state land cadastre that consists of four sections: (a) register of natural persons; (b) register of legal persons; (c) register of the objects of property, including use restrictions such as lease holders, pledgers and preferential terms of land management; and (d) register of documentation.
