La présent loi met en exécution la loi cantonale du 23 janvier 1987 concernant l'application de la loi fédérale sur l'aménagement du territoire du 22 juin 1979. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que la présente loi règle la procédure relative au remembrement et à la rectification de limites. Le remembrement consiste en la mise en commun de biens-fonds d'un territoire déterminé et en la redistribution équitable de la propriété et des autres droits réels qui y sont liés.

El presente Decreto con rango, valor y fuerza de Ley que aprueba la Ley especial de regularización integral de la tenencia de la tierra de los asentamientos urbanos y periurbanos, que tiene por objeto regular el proceso de tenencia de la tierra en posesión de la población en los asentamientos urbanos y periurbanos consolidados para el debido otorgamiento de los títulos de adjudicación en propiedad de las tierras públicas y privada.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land expropriation in the Canton of Schwyz. Article 4 establishes that expropriation is, inter alia, admissible for: the rebuilding and enlargement of new streets; the remaking of river banks and brooks; for the building of new churches; the exploitation of material used for building of streets; the erection of new water conducts and fountains.

This Order confers permitted development rights for the classes of development specified in this Order subject to any limitation or condition. Where such rights apply, no specific application for planning permission is needed. The classes of development are related to marine fish farming as defined by the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation. The purpose of this Act is the establishment, maintenance and use of recreation areas, and to provide, coordinate, integrate and improve recreational planning, recreational facilities and recreational management for recreation areas.The Act consists of 12 Parts divided into 251 sections. Part 2 provides for the establishment of recreational areas and Part 3 concerns the preparation, contents and approval of management plans. Part 4 covers provisions regarding the access to, and permits for, recreation areas and Part 5 deals with commercial activity agreements for recreation areas.
