Land Planning and Development (Appeals) Ordinance, 2007.
This Ordinance implements provisions of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 in relation with appeals to the Planning Tribunal or to an adjudicator. The Ordinance sets out procedural requirements and provides for appointment of the Planning Panel established under section 86 of the Law and the Planning Tribunal. Appeal may be had against, among other things: the confirmation of a tree protection order; and decisions involving environmental impact assessments.
