This Ordinance implements provisions of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 in relation with appeals to the Planning Tribunal or to an adjudicator. The Ordinance sets out procedural requirements and provides for appointment of the Planning Panel established under section 86 of the Law and the Planning Tribunal. Appeal may be had against, among other things: the confirmation of a tree protection order; and decisions involving environmental impact assessments.

The present Law establishes goals and objectives of land use planning and ensures means for the distribution of soil in various spheres. Moreover, the Law regulates competences and proceedings in the public building law. The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of nature and cultural heritage. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that whoever has the intention of building some industrial plants or facilities shall respect protected nature and cultural heritage. El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de acondicionamiento territorial y desarrollo urbano, que constituye el marco normativo para los procedimientos técnicos y administrativos que deben seguir las municipalidades a nivel nacional en el ejercicio de sus competencias en materia de planeamiento y gestión del suelo, acondicionamiento territorial y desarrollo urbano y rural.

The present Ordinance implements the Law on improvement of soil and agricultural buildings (Soil Improvement Law) of 2 May 1988. Article 1 establishes that the Department of Internal Affairs and Economics and the Agriculture Office are the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Law. Implements: Land Use Planning Law for the Canton Graubünden (Land Use Planning Law). (2006-08-31)

The present Law regulates land use planning in the Canton Graubünden. The Law establishes the task to be fulfilled by municipalities, associations and the Canton. Furthermore, the Law lays down provisions relating to building and zoning and to cantonal procedures. This Act principally amends the Planning and Development Act, 2000 so as to, among other things, change the list of legal acts of the European Union given effect to by the principal Act and to provide for a wide variety of environmental protection measures in relation with planning and development including protection of habitats, landscape, water resources and biodiversity. The Planning and Development Act, 2000 and the Waste Management Act, 1996 are amended in relation with protection of European sites as defined by the principal Act.

La presente Ley modifica la Ley de veguerías, respecto al procedimiento para la constitución de los consejos de veguería.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular la doble naturaleza de la veguería, determinar la división territorial de Cataluña en veguerías y establecer el régimen jurídico de los consejos de veguería y la transición de las diputaciones provinciales a los nuevos consejos de veguería. La veguería es un ente local con personalidad jurídica propia, determinado por la agrupación de municipios, y constituye el ámbito territorial específico para el ejercicio del gobierno intermunicipal de cooperación local.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 in relation with Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) as required by Directive 2001/42/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment insofar as the Directive relates to land use planning.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in relation with: the prescribed authorities for the purposes of sections 11, 12 and 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, the prescribed authorities for the purposes of section 20 of the Act, the prescribed authorities for the purposes of section 24 of the Act and specified bodies for the purposes of sections 37D(2)(a), 181C(3) and 182E(3) of the Act.
