This Decree provides for the promotion, economical support and international participation to initiatives aimed at the improvement of the so called rural industrial production by mean of policies and financial interventions in the rural communities.

This Decree, composed of 40 articles structured in seven chapters, implements Act No. 7.661 on National Planning for Coastal Zone Management, PNGC. The Decree rules on coastal zone use and occupation procedures and establishes rules for the management of maritime ORLA. It defines general rules for Coastal Zone environmental Management establishing the basic provisions for the identification of policies, plans and programmes at federal, state and local levels, indicating the related competent authorities.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties in Minas Gerais State: “Fazenda Rio do Peixe", in the Municipality of Veríssimo; "Fazenda Grota do Escuro", in the Municipality of Juvenília; "Fazenda Sidamar", in the Municipality of Prata. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

This Decree provides for the execution of distraint and auctioning of land use rights in those cases where the same land use rights have been revoked and deemed to be assigned otherwise. The Decree is divided in the following Chapters: I, General provisions; II, Distraint of land use right to ensure the judgment execution; III, Auction of land use right for judgment execution; IV, Implementation Provisions.

Le présent décret porte création de la Société nationale d'aménagement des terrains urbains (SONATUR), société d'Etat ayant pour objet l'acquisition de terrains urbains, leurs aménagementet la commercialisation des parcelles viabilisées, la gestion de son patrimoine immobilier et la prise de participation pour le compte de l'Etat au capital de certaines sociétés intervenant dans le domaine de l'habitat.
