This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: "Fazenda São Marinho e Rodeador", in thre Municipality of Irauçuba, Ceará State; "Fazenda Palmeiras", in the Municipality of Formosa, Goiás State; "Fazenda Paraíso", in the Municipality of Bom Jardim de Goiás, Goiás State; "Poções", in the Municipality of Pilões, Paraíba State; "Fazenda Monte Alegre", in the Municipality of Parnaíba, Piauí State; "Fazenda Agrícola e Pastoril São Vicente", in the Municipality of Ielmo Marinho, Rio Grande do Norte State; "Fazenda Caiçara e São Manoel", in the Municipalities of Governador Dix Sépt Rosado e Apodi, Rio Grande do Norte State. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
