This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: "Fazenda Piscamba", in the Municipality of Cristalina, Goiás State; "Fazenda Santa Maria", in the Municipality of Mara Rosa, Goiás State; "São Raimundo", in the Municipality of Porto Franco, Maranhão State; "Fazenda Santa Eliza", in the Municipality of Santa Maria das Barreiras, Pará State; "Fazenda Consolação", in the Municipality of Conceição do Araguaia, Pará State; "Catolé, Catolezinho e Gangorra", in the Municipality of Pombal, Paraíba State.

Le présent décret porte création de la Société nationale d'aménagement des terrains urbains (SONATUR), société d'Etat ayant pour objet l'acquisition de terrains urbains, leurs aménagementet la commercialisation des parcelles viabilisées, la gestion de son patrimoine immobilier et la prise de participation pour le compte de l'Etat au capital de certaines sociétés intervenant dans le domaine de l'habitat.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties in Mato Grosso State: "Fazenda Santo Antônio", in the Municipality of Nova Maringá; "Fazenda Santo Antônio I", in the Municipality of Nova Maringá; "Fazenda Santo Antônio II", in the Municipality of Nova Maringá. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

Section 8 of the Electronic Communications Act 2000 empowers the Scottish Ministers, with the consent of the Secretary of State (defined in section 9 of that Act) by order to modify any enactment or subordinate legislation for the purpose of authorising or facilitating the use of electronic communications. This Order modifies legislation relating to planning. Articles 3 to 6 modify certain provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.

This Agreement consists of 14 articles and it shall be subject to the provisions of Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection of Investment between the two Parts (art. 1). The Government of Sudan shall grant to the Government of Syria a land for exploitation located in Abu Quta-Province Alhsahisa situated in the State of Aljazeera with an area of 30,000 Faddan without any restriction rights (art. 2). The exploitation of the aforementioned land shall be valid for 50 years (art. 3).

These Regulations empower the authority or a contractor on order of the Authority to remove objects on a site that is subject to an enforcement notice in terms of the Development Planning Act. It may also carry out any of the other actions set out in regulation 4 relating to illegal operations. The Authority shall publish a notice of removal in the Gazette and local newspapers pursuant to regulation 7. Objects may be disposed of in accordance with regulation 8.Regulation 11 makes removal of clamps fixed by the Authority or the contractor an offence. ((11 regulations)

These Regulations prescribe content of the Official Manual referred to in paragraph (c) of subarticle (2) of article 5 of the Development Planning Act.

These Regulations provide for the specification, modification, discharge and enforcement of Planning Obligations in terms of section 40 the Development Control Act and entered into by public deed. A Planning Obligation may be unconditioned or subject to conditions. And may be for a specified period or be for an indefinite period (reg. 3). A Planning Obligation shall be enforceable by the Authority against persons entering into an obligation or persons acquiring a property on which the obligation rests.
