This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: "Fazenda São Marinho e Rodeador", in thre Municipality of Irauçuba, Ceará State; "Fazenda Palmeiras", in the Municipality of Formosa, Goiás State; "Fazenda Paraíso", in the Municipality of Bom Jardim de Goiás, Goiás State; "Poções", in the Municipality of Pilões, Paraíba State; "Fazenda Monte Alegre", in the Municipality of Parnaíba, Piauí State; "Fazenda Agrícola e Pastoril São Vicente", in the Municipality of Ielmo Marinho, Rio Grande do Norte State; "

This Decree provides for the execution of distraint and auctioning of land use rights in those cases where the same land use rights have been revoked and deemed to be assigned otherwise. The Decree is divided in the following Chapters: I, General provisions; II, Distraint of land use right to ensure the judgment execution; III, Auction of land use right for judgment execution; IV, Implementation Provisions.

This Decree provides for the promotion, economical support and international participation to initiatives aimed at the improvement of the so called rural industrial production by mean of policies and financial interventions in the rural communities.

This Decree, composed of 40 articles structured in seven chapters, implements Act No. 7.661 on National Planning for Coastal Zone Management, PNGC. The Decree rules on coastal zone use and occupation procedures and establishes rules for the management of maritime ORLA. It defines general rules for Coastal Zone environmental Management establishing the basic provisions for the identification of policies, plans and programmes at federal, state and local levels, indicating the related competent authorities.
