Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut settlement area and her Majesty the Queen in right.

The present Agreement outlines the relationships and obligations between the Iniut of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada. This Agreement – also referred to as Nunavut Land Claims Agreement - is a land claims agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area (part of the Northwest Territories) and the Government of Canada subject to the Constitution Act of 1982. The lands are not deemed to be "Lands Reserved for Indians" with respect to the Constitution Act of 1867.

Land Compensation Act Amendment (P.L. No. 15-92).

This Act amends the Land Compensation Act of 2002 so as to restore the priority given to certain claims in relation with infrastructural improvements (i.e. the acquisition of private lands for rights of way purposes and road construction). Compensation of such claims shall be carried out to the full by the Department of Public Lands and only then claims relating to wetlands and ponding basins will be accepted.

Land Consolidation Act Implementing Law.

The present Law implements various articles of the Federal Land Consolidation Act in its consolidated version of 16 March 1976 (BGBl. I p. 546).In particular, the Law establishes the competent authorities responsible for the enforcement of the above-mentioned Federal Act. Article 1 establishes that the authority in charge of the new land rearrangement is the State Ministry for Agriculture and Forestries. The text consists of 26 articles.

This Order amends Parts 1 and 21 of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 in relation to the installation, alteration or replacement of a satellite antenna on a dwellinghouse or within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse. Development is restricted in a “designated area”, i.e. a national scenic area, National Park, conservation area, historic garden or designed landscape.

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment. In particular, the present Law completes the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2986). Article 1 establishes the Hessen Soil Research Office. The tasks of the Office are, inter alia, as follows: soil research, geological examination of the soil for construction purposes, completion and issue of geological maps, search for mineral deposits, hydro-geological research and groundwater observation service, advising regional and municipal authorities on related subject matters, cooperation with other geological institutes of the other German Länder and with German Universities and geological institutes abroad.

This Act makes provision for the planning of public space in the Netherlands at various levels of the administration and to regulate permission for specified constructions and destination of private property.The Act requires various types and policies (including a national planning) to be adopted taking into account environmental impact assessment reports. Destination plans and project plans shall be submitted, if relevant, to Water Boards.The Act does not apply to state waterworks.
