La presente Ley tiene por objeto la regulación de la ordenación del territorio, la ordenación del litoral y de la actividad urbanística en la Región de Murcia para garantizar, en el ámbito de un desarrollo sostenible, el derecho a disfrutar de un medio ambiente adecuado para el desarrollo de la persona y la protección de la naturaleza, el derecho a disfrutar de una vivienda digna y adecuada y la protección del patrimonio cultural y del paisaje.

This Regional Law establishes that the prices of plots of urban land destined for agricultural production in ownership by agricultural organizations or peasant farms allotted thereto on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure or as life-long hereditary possession shall be established with 15 percent reduction in relation to its cadastre value.

La présente ordonnance prévoit qu’à compter du 1er avril 1970, en application de la loi n° 63-441 du 9 janvier 1964 relative au domaine national, tout ressortissant étranger qui n’aurait ni bâti, ni mis en valeur son lot urbain sera déchu de ses droits. Le terrain urbain sera ensuite incorporé dans le domaine de l’Etat.

La presente Ley adopta medidas y disposiciones para los proyectos de infraestructura de transporte, agua potable y saneamiento básico, y los demás sectores que requieran expropiación en proyectos de inversión que adelante el Estado.

Face aux changements climatiques avec des conséquences négatives sur la croissance et le développement, la République Centrafricaine (RCA) a élaboré le Programme d’Action National aux fins de l’Adaptation (PANA) basée sur une approche participative. Son objectif est de contribuer à atténuer les effets néfastes des changements climatiques sur les populations les plus vulnérables, dans la perspective d’un développement durable.

The Regulation delimitates the green crown of Tirana and set forth the measures taken for its protection aiming at air pollution prevention, nature conservation, protection and improvement of environmental conditions and promotion of sustainable planning based on the area development plans. The crown area and its location and mapping are further specified.

This Regulation amends Regulation No. 289 of 2006 by making changes to the structure and composition of the ALUIUC. The amended articles are articles 2, 3, 5 and 9.

This Regulation amends article 2 (a) of Regulation 289 of 2006 by changing the number of the ALUIIZC local departments to 7.

The Regulation 450 of 2012 amends article 2 of Regulation 289 of 2006 by changing the administrative structure of the ALUIIZC.

This Regulation supplements Regulation No. 480 of 2011 by introducing a new article 5/1 dealing with the development of public infrastructures in the framework of implementing the regulation on land use planning.

This Regulation provides for the establishment of the Agency of Legalisation, Urbanisation, and Integration of Informal Zones/Construction (ALUIIZC) as a central public institution under the authority of the Minister of Public Works, Transport, and Telecommunication that functions at both central and local levels. The Agency works under the framework of Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of the unlawful constructions. The Agency structure and tasks are further laid down.

Local government shall be responsible for supervision over land-use planning of urban land in residential areas. This Housing Code shall establish requirements for acknowledgement of land plots destined for residential areas and the establishment of the boundaries thereof. It also regulated the issues of expropriation of land plots under residential facilities for public need and the modalities of compensation to the owners of the aforesaid residential facilities. The right of ownership to land plot under residential facility of the owner thereof shall be regulated by land legislation.
