This Decree lays down detailed rules regarding the subject and content of real estate registration. It specifies one by one rights and facts that must or may be registered on property records. It also specifies the categories of real estates, such as crop field, grass land, vineyard, orchard, forest, fish pond, uncultivated land, and various kind of buildings. Real estate registration process, changing of recorded data, and the necessary documents for the registration are also described in this Decree.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The Government decrees that the operations regarding stocktaking must be financed through land taxes and land lease. The document consists of 8 Articles. All the categories of land are subject to stocktaking except for agricultural land. In the process of stocktaking must be elicited the following facts: 1). The compliance of the documents certifying the right of ownership of the juridical persons of the plots of land. 2). The plots of land actually in use. 3).

This Decree sets out the rules of procedure of classification of agricultural and forest land. The purpose of the classification is the determination of the quality of land destined to various uses. There are eight quality classes. A land quality map must be prepared showing the results of the classification process. For this purpose a copy of the cadastral map may be used. Annex 1 lists valuation territories with approximately similar production conditions.

El presente Reglamento del Sistema de control estatal sobre la tierra, dispone que la responsabilidad de dirigirlo corresponde a los delegados territoriales y a los delegados municipales del Ministerio de Agricultura. El Reglamento crea las Comisiones de Asuntos Agrarios a nivel nacional, provincial y municipal, como órganos que evalúan las temáticas relacionadas con la legislación agraria y coordinan las acciones a ejecutar.

La presente Resolución dispone que los tenedores legales de tierra con áreas superiores a los 800 metros cuadrados que no cuenten con el certificado catastral emitido por la Oficina Municipal del Catastro, están obligados a presentarlo en la oficinas municipales del Registro de la Tenencia de la Tierra.

The Decree establishes that: 1). Landlord property rights are abolished immediately without any compensation. 2). Landlord country property, as well as other appanage land, monastic land and ecclesiastical land with all agricultural implements, livestock, manor houses and equipment are transferred to the disposal of the Provincial Land Commissions and the District Soviets of Peasant Deputies till the settlement of the land issue by the Constituent Assembly. 3).

This Law is composed of 2 Chapters divided into 18 articles. Preliminary provisions (chap. I): terms and definition (arts. 1-3). Measures (chap. II): nomination of commissioners (art. 4); application of Law (art. 5); compensation (art. 9); land tenure (art. 10); agricultural rent for owners (art. 11); rent conditions (art. 12); rent renewal (art. 15).

This Federal Law establishes the legal basis for state regulation of securing fertility of agricultural land. The purpose of this law is to establish the legal foundations for state regulation of securing reproduction of fertility of agricultural land in the process of carrying out economic activity by landlords, landowners and land tenants. The Federal Law consists of 7 Chapters that contain 31 articles. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions.

The President, for the purpose of strengthening state control over the use and protection of land, increasing liability of citizens, officials and juridical persons for the infringement of land legislation for the period of carrying out land reform, decrees that till the promulgation of Basic land legislation citizens, officials and juridical persons are liable to administrative fines in the following cases: 1) For the infringement of urban planning documentation as regards the allotment of land, illegal actions of officials that cause unauthorized seizure of land.

The President, for the purpose of further improvement of land relationship, privatisation of land, simplification of the procedure of land allotment to citizens, decrees that privatisation of public and municipal land must be carried out in accordance with the legislation currently in force and with this Presidential Decree. L'article 1er de l'arrêté susvisé établit que le Roi institue une ou plusieurs commissions des fermages, composée de trois preneurs, de trois propriétaires fonciers et d'un fonctionnaire du Ministère de l'Agriculture qui assume la présidence. En outre, il nomme les membres de ces commissions et leurs suppléants. L'article 2 spécifie que pour les terres données en location, les fermages maxima autorisés correspondent à leur revenu cadastral affecté d'un coefficient.
