El presente Decreto reglamenta el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social en dinero o en especie para áreas rurales como instrumento para facilitar una solución de vivienda a hogares de escasos recursos económicos.

This Proclamation of the Benishangul Gumz Regional State shall apply to any rural land found in the region. It mainly is concerned with land rights land use and administration of rural lands. Land is declared the common property of the state and people and it shall not be subjected to sale or other means of exchange. Any peasant who legally resides in the region shall have the right to hold land irrespective of gender or any other discrimination. Land administration shall be implemented through community participation. Rural land shall not be expropriated unless to use for public services.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a la asignación del subsidio familiar de vivienda que se realizará exclusivamente a través de programas que desarrollen los componentes de retorno y reubicación.

El presente Decreto Supremo reglamenta el artículo 21 de la Ley que regula en forma complementaria y desarrolla el proceso de formalización de la propiedad informal, acceso al suelo y dotación de servicios básicos de agua, respecto a los procedimientos de expropiación con fines de formalización de la propiedad informal.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de formalización de la propiedad informal de terrenos que realiza la Comisión de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

This Regional Law establishes that size ceilings of the plots of land that can simultaneously pertain to private property of the citizens engaged in subsidiary small-holding are limited to 5 hectares. Utmost (maximum and minimum) size ceilings of the plots of land conceded to the citizens out of the stock of public or municipal land for subsidiary small-holding is established by the legal acts of the local self-government.

La presente Orden modifica la que determinan el cuadro de módulos específicos de valor unitario de suelo a efectos de lo establecido en la Ley del catastro inmobiliario, respecto a la determinación de los módulos de valoración aplicable a los inmuebles.

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of land parcels out of stock of public and municipal land to citizens free of charge for individual housing construction. It classifies categories of citizens entitled to the aforesaid allotment of public and municipal land. Land shall be allotted o lease for the period of construction that shall not exceed three years, with total (pre-construction and construction) period of lease that must not exceed five years.

These Regulations amend the Land Title Registration Regulations 1986 (L.I. 1341) in relation with fees for the registration of a mortgage or charge to secure future advances and for application of first registration of land and registration of land previously registered under the Land Registry Act, 1962 (Act 122). Furthermore, in various regulations the words “Part VIII of” are deleted.

La presente Ley aporta ciertas modificaciones a la Ley Nº 18.461, la cual a su vez introduce normas interpretativas referentes al artículo 2º de la Ley Nº 18.062 en tema de titularidad de inmuebles rurales y explotaciones agropecuarias por intermedio de sociedades anónimas u otras personas jurídicas. Las presentes enmiendas tienen por objeto el plazo otorgado a sociedades y asociaciones para acogerse al régimen establecido por la mencionada Ley Nº 18.062.

This Regional Law establishes that price of land plots with undelimited public ownership in case sale of the aforesaid plots of land in ownership without tender shall vary from the minimum of 2,5 percent of cadastre value of land to the maximum of 24 percent of cadastre value of land depending upon land category.

Land reform is aimed at redistribution of land for the purpose of setting up conditions for equal development of different forms of economic activity on land, creation of multiple economic structure, rational use and protection of land on the territory of the RSFSR. In the course of carrying out land reform citizens, enterprises, organizations, departments, associations and companies are allotted plots of land with legal guarantees in accordance with the modalities established by the Russian legislation currently in force.
