La presente Ley General de los Registros Públicos, tiene por objeto la creación, regulación, organización, régimen administrativo, funcionamiento y procedimiento de los Registros Públicos integrados en el Sistema Nacional de Registros.

La presente Resolución modifica la modalidad para la recepción de solicitudes de actualización del valor del subsidio familiar de vivienda para la población en situación de desplazamiento.

La presente Resolución modifica la Norma para determinar los valores unitarios oficiales de terrenos urbanos a nivel nacional, por cuanto corresponde denominarlos Valores Arancelarios de Terrenos Urbanos a nivel nacional, y son utilizados como un componente para determinar el pago del impuesto predial, como conjunto de valores regulados de terrenos urbanos ubicados en las jurisdicciones a nivel nacional.

These Regulations implement the Land Acquisition Act 1969 by providing specifications on forms and procedures related to the acquisition of land (sects. 5-6) and on terms and conditions of tenancy (sect. 7).

L’annulation du principe de la présomption de domanialité ainsi que la mise en place de la propriété foncière privée non titrée par la loi n°2005-019 du 17 octobre 2005 fixant les statuts des terres à Madagascar a impliqué une révision de la loi sur le domaine privé national. La présente Loi établit les nouvelles modalités de gestion de son patrimoine, notamment immobilier et mobilier par l’Etat.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Department on cadastre and registration of rights to immovable property shall be responsible for keeping land cadastre, mapping, registration of rights to immovable property and ensuring legal protection of registered rights to immovable property.

La presente Resolución reglamenta el Decreto modificatorio del que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a las modalidades de adquisición de vivienda nueva o usada, construcción en sitio propio o mejoramiento de vivienda.

This Act regulates lease of business premises and in particular the relationship between landlord and tenant and public interference in the contractual relationship. "Business" means a trade, an industry, a profession or an employment, and includes any activity carried on by a body of persons, whether corporate or not, but does not include farming on land. Section 3 defines the application sphere of the Act.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de organización del Registro Inmobiliario, que es el órgano del Registro Nacional que integra las funciones catastrales y registrales inmobiliarias, respetando el principio de especialidad de cada área.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be improvement of state regulation in the sphere of land property relations, originating in the process of ownership, tenancy and governance of land on the regional territory. Land governance shall be based upon the principles of efficiency, equity, publicity, openness and transparency. Land tenure must ensure ecosystems conservation, thus guaranteed reproductive qualities of agricultural land and forestland.

This Act inserts a new section 9A to the principal Act endowing in the Crown all land that is (i) foreshore and seabed within the coastal marine area (within the meaning of the Resource Management Act 1991); or (ii) was foreshore, seabed or both, within the coastal marine area (within the meaning of that Act) on the 1st day of October 1991, and has been reclaimed (whether lawfully or otherwise) on or after that date and which is for the time being vested in the Crown, but not set aside for any public purpose or owned by anybody.
