This Order makes modifications of the following enactments which appear to be necessary or expedient in consequence of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003: Lands Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845; Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc (Scotland) Act 2000; Housing (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1974; Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (Scotland) Regulations 1984; Compulsory Purchase by Public Authorities (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1998.

The present Law establishes legal bases for the concession of state, municipal and private land in lease and lease relations. Lease land means fixed-date land tenancy on contractual basis. The document consists of V Secs. that contain 31 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 9-17) establishes the modalities of concession of land in lease. Section III (Arts. 18-23) regards renters and lease-holders. Section IV (Arts. 24-28) regards relations of ownership during the period of lease. Section V (Arts.

The present Law regulates leasing relations in the Azerbaijan Republic, determines rights and obligations of subjects of leasing contract. The document consists of V Secs. that contain 16 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-3) lays down general provisions. Section II (art. 4) specifies the forms of leasing activity. Section III (Arts. 5-8) regards leasing contract. Section IV (Arts. 9-12) establishes rights and obligations of the subjects of leasing contract. Section V (Arts. 13-16) regards termination of the leasing contract.

This Act concerns the management of Crown lands, i.e. all or any part of the lands vested in the Crown that are under the administration and control of the Minister and includes any water upon or under the surface of such lands and of forest and forest resources. The Act provides for surveys, for alienation and acquisition of land, including leases of Crown lands and acquisition of land by the Minister. The Act also provides for Crown timber licences, sub-licences and timber permits, the sale of timber and related royalties.

Under section 1, the purpose of the Act is to provide a system for the registration of the title to land in the Province and instruments related thereto and to provide statutory authority for guaranteed land title. It provides for the establishment of a land title system (sect. 4), regulates the appointment and functions of the Registrar General and other officers (sects. 5-7), provides for parcel identification and registration (sects. 10-17), covers transfers (sects. 21-22), crown grants (sect. 23), easements (sect. 24), mortgages (sects. 25-26), leases (sects.

This Act concerns the development of land described in the Schedule. Section 3 provides for the creation of the Bermuda Land Development Company Limited. The general purpose of the Company is to manage, or oversee the management of, the land entrusted to it with a view: (a) generally, to the integration of that land into the economic and social fabric; (b) in particular, to the creation of opportunities for increased employment now and in the future, in furtherance of the well-being of the present and future generations of Bermudians.

This Agreement consists of 14 articles and it shall be subject to the provisions of Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection of Investment between the two Parts (art. 1). The Government of Sudan shall grant to the Government of Syria a land for exploitation located in Abu Quta-Province Alhsahisa situated in the State of Aljazeera with an area of 30,000 Faddan without any restriction rights (art. 2). The exploitation of the aforementioned land shall be valid for 50 years (art. 3).

This Resolution is composed of 12 Sections divided into 189 articles. Fundaments and criterions for land and real estate valuation, rent value and valuation committees are dealt with Section I. Free disposal over lands and immovable or the symbolic rent is provided for in Section II. Free disposal over designated lands and built immovable is given in Section III. Rules for sale or rent of the State’s agricultural lands (sect. IV). Section V refers to desert lands. Provisions and rules for sale and rent by auction (sect. VI). Minor Amendment of paragraph 2, with the sibstitution in the text of the period 12 months with 3 years.The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).

This Act provides for the urban and not only land development in Singapore, the responsibilities of the land tenants and owners, the planning of construction, restoration or building activtities, the imposition of land fees for the further use and exploitation of land in the territory of Singapore.
