The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may approve the statutes of purchasing pools for small businesses in rural areas. It shall lay down rules on supervisory performance and oversees that the associations utilize the given loans in accordance with this Act.

This Act applies to the exploration and exploitation of deposits, situated on the owned land or on land belonging to someone else, if the deposit contains anyone of the mineral substances specified in section 1 (concession minerals). This Act shall not be applicable to areas within public waters of the sea.
Mining rights, mandatory for mining operations from exploration to exploitation, refining and so on, are denied to foreign individuals and Companies. Mining lease amd mining rights may be transfereed to others. Mining rights shall have a 25 years validity and shall apply to quadrilateral mining areas, whose boundaries must be exactly defined and reported in mining charts.
