Concesión (fundo)

This Law defines the concept of concession, objects of concessions and spheres of business activity for which concessions may be granted, the procedure for granting concessions, the rights and duties of government institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and those of enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries which operate on the basis of concession contracts.

This Decree-Law establishes the State lands use. The present Law distinguishes between five types of property:(1) State property, which includes "material and technical basis of the society under state control" and assets used in operations carried out by the state. This Act amends article 164, 165 and 169 of Decree-Law No. 327/90 of 22 October (regulating land occupation after forest fires). Amending articles deal with the requirements to be met by landowners who have suffered forest fires.

This Act provides for the use of public uncultivated lands. It consists of 42 articles specifying the requirements to be met in order to exploit these lands, establishing the conditions for land expropriation, concession, use, etc. It lays down duties, competencies and composition of national administration responsible for the management of these lands, fees to be paid, land lease, etc.

The present Law shall define organizational, economic and legal terms and conditions of foreign concessions in Turkmenistan.

This Act establishes the general bases of the Agricultural Reform. The first part deals with a historical view of Cape Verdean life illustrating the different and traditional ways of exploiting agriculture, livestock and all other resources. The Act establishes the bases for the organization and accomplishment of the agricultural reform.
