The Government, for the purpose of securing and transfer of the plots of urban land and the plots of land of other settlements on conditions of ownership, possession, lease of natural and legal persons, as well as for the purpose of their registration, taxation and transaction, decrees to validate the Regulation and to recommend the bodies of the local self-government to set up in case of necessity special commissions for the determination of the boundaries of land tenure. The Regulation is aimed at the solution of the following problems: 1).

The Government decrees to set up the Committee on Geodesy and Cartography attached to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and to transfer to it edifices and constructions, material and technical means and other property, as well as enterprises, organizations and institutions of the abolished Directorate of Cartography attached to the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR.

This Regulation, of 13 Sections, establishes procedures regarding the preparation and the approval of an Assessment Table for the Drainage Authority in Israel. Section (1) establishes that the Drainage Authority shall prepare an Assessment Table that shall report the sub-zones under its authority. Section (2) the entry into force of the Assessment Table shall be after 30 days from its approval date. Section (3) gives powers to the Drainage Authority to operate inspections and make enquiries in order to complete the Assessment Table.

The present Regulations are made under section 26 of the Heritage Property Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to purpose and content of heritage conservation plans. The text - consisting of 14 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: definitions of terms, content of a conservation by law, background studies and information, approval procedures, repeal, Council decisions on certificates.

Le présent arrêté fixe des règles d’organisation et d’attribution du service de la législation Agro-foncière. For the purpose of implementing the Land Survey Act 1961, the Regulation establish in Part III, concerning field work, establishes, inter alia, the procedure, methods of measurement and the limit of allowable difference from the original survey. Part IV regards the placing of beacons, the marking of survey stations, the damage to and removal of trigonometrical stations, reference marks and bench marks, and the placing of reference marks.

This Decree creates and approves the Statute of the National Centre of Chartography (including by planes or satellites) (CENACARTA). It consists of 4 Chapters dealing with the composition, duties and competencies of this national administration under the Ministry of Agriculture for land planning purposes.

Estas Normas Técnicas para la delimitación de las tierras al interior del ejido, con el objeto de definir un marco geográfico uniforme de referencia, establecen que todos los levantamientos que se realicen para la delimitación de las tierras ejidales estarán ligados a la Red Geodésica Nacional, para lo cual se podrán utilizar dos métodos de levantamiento: a) directo: geodésico y topográfico; b) indirecto: fotogramétrico.

By making further provision for the registration of property and other rights on land and buildings on land, aircrafts and ships as required by law, this Decree implements and supplements various articles of the Cadastre Act. Article 2 prescribes in detail how real property shall be recorded in the Cadastre. Chapter II requires certain information to be submitted for registration of property rights in the Public Register. Chapter III makes provision for the updating of cadastrial registration and cadastrial maps. Chapter IV regulates the updating of registration of ships.

These Regulations concern the practical training required for recognition and registration as a land surveyor under the Land Survey Act. The Regulations prescribe the nature and duration of training. Training shall be under the supervision of the Land Surveyors' Board established by the Act.
