The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 26 March 2012. In particular, the Ordinance applies to basic geodata of cantonal and municipal law. The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Upper Austria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. The present Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of the geo-data infrastructure of Rheinland-Pfalz being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirements for geo-data infrastructure (2); Electronic net-work (3); Use of geo-data (4); Final provisions (5). Three Annexes are enclosed.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of valuation of the price of public land plots or plots of land with undelimited ownership for the purpose of sale thereof to the owners of edifices and constructions located thereon. The price of the aforesaid plots of land shall be established at 7, 5 percent of cadastre value of the aforesaid land plots.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and the running of the land cadastre. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law lists the functions of the official surveying and mapping, such as: 1) national land survey; 2) running of land cadastre; 3) conducting property surveys, including demarcation of parcel of lands; 4) producing evidence of borders; 5) providing geo-data information.

La presente Ley establece el régimen relativo al Catastro Territorial de la Provincia de Misiones, el cual reúne, ordena, verifica y registra datos relativos a los objetos territoriales legales existentes en la Provincia. La Ley establece disposiciones detalladas en materia de registro parcelario.

This Act provides for the registration of documents by the Office of the Registrar-General and provides for the keeping and inspection of such documents. The Registrar-General shall be the authority for, among other things: recording and registering mortgages and other conditional conveyances of property under the Mortgage Registration Act 1786; recording and registering voluntary conveyances of land under the Conveyancing Act 1983; deposit of memoranda respecting the acquisition or disposal of land by bodies corporate under the Corporate Bodies' Lands Act.

This Decree amends the Land Transfer Act in section 159 by adding 8 new subsections in relation with the registration of an easement over a subdivisional lot by the Registrar and compensation or legal proceedings in relation with a decision of the Registrar to register such easement.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and cadastre in Sachsen-Anhalt. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Survey and Cadastre Authority is responsible for the national survey of land and the running of the land survey register. The present Act lays down provisions relating to demarcation and zoning of land, especially used in the new Länder of the former German Democratic Republic where huge collective areas needed to change their boundaries. La presente Ley se aplica a todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que, por sí o por interpósita persona, posean tierras rurales, sea para usos o producciones agropecuarias, forestales, turísticas u otros usos, en el territorio de la República Argentina.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer un conjunto de medidas judiciales, administrativas, sociales y económicas, individuales y colectivas en beneficio de las víctimas, dentro de un marco de justicia transicional que posibiliten hacer efectivo el goce de sus derechos a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación con garantía de no repetición. El capítulo III del título IV, que trata de la restitución de tierras.Crea el Registro de Tierras Despojadas y Abandonadas Forzosamente, como instrumento para la restitución de tierras a que se refiere esta Ley.
