The present Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law. The text consists of 120 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General principles and procedural rules (I); Construction guidelines (II); Penalties, transitional provisions and final provisions (III).

The present Law implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

The present Law implements the Council Directive 93/76/EEC to limit carbon dioxide emissions by improving energy efficiency (SAVE) of 13 September 1993. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

The present Law introduces some substantial amendments to the Land Transaction Law 2001 (LGBl. 9/2002). In particular, the Law adds a chapter 2a to article 13 on Acquisition of building land. The afore-mentioned chapter consists of: Sphere of application, objectives (art. 13a); Building land (art. 13b); Legal transactions subject to registration (art. 13c); Terms of use (art. 13d). Furthermore, article 35 on Penalties is reworded and article 35a on References to federal Legislation is added.

The purpose of the present Act is to transpose into national legislation the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the present Act regulates the creation, maintenance and organization of a national spatial data infrastructure. In particular the Act aims to provide authorities, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way.

This Act establishes the Federal Lands Registry. The Federal Lands Registry shall be a body corporate and shall have, amongst others, the following functions: (a) the registration of all titles to Federal Government lands and all interests created by subsequent transactions on lands vested in the Federal Government and its agencies; (b) the preparation and maintenance of intelligence sheets for all Federal Government allocations throughout Nigeria. The Registry shall consist of three sections: (a) cadastral; (b) deeds; and (c) administration and finance.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 22 articles, regulates the institutionalization of the Information Territorial System of Cape Verde (SIT-CV). It establishes norms and requirements to be satisfied in order to manage this Spatial Data of Cape Verde (IDE-CV). It also defines competencies of the Coordinating Committee for Cartography and Cadastre (CCCC), as well as the respective procedures for the electronic access to data for their use in order to be able to manage and publish geographical information for all the National institutions.

Agricultural and rural regulations in Greece are governed by a scattered legislation, making its use and application difficult. Such situation does not correspond to the modern needs, since the management of the agricultural immovable property is applied through the Rural Code which was ratified in 1949, together with certain legislative provisions on rural development during the ’70s and ’80s. The present Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of the geo-data infrastructure of Schleswig-Holstein being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Requirements for geo-data infrastructure (II); Final provisions (III).

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the Land Survey Service shall create and maintain the basis of a geo-data infrastructure, describe these data in details in information systems and reproduce them in geographical maps. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Land survey (I); Land Survey Register (II); Common provisions (III).

This Act amends various Acts including the Registration and Records Act, the Harbour Master Act and the Agricultural Small Holdings Act. The Registration and Records Act is amended in the Schedule which, pursuant to section 40, prescribes fees for services. The Agricultural Small Holdings Act is amended in section 7, which prescribes stamp duties and fees, and Schedule B, which also prescribes fees for purposes of section 7 (2).
