Order No. 1427 on regulations of the Farms Act.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). It is compulsory that these companies are registered with a branch office operation.

These Regulations, made under section 56(1) of the Sectional Titles Act, 2009 by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement on the recommendation of the Sectional Titles Regulation Board, implement provisions of the Act on, among other things, sectional plans, certificate of registered sectional title, registration of sectional plan, dealings regarding common property and endorsement or entries on registered deeds or other documents or in registers.

This Regulation implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the location of offices of the land registry, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. The Regulation is completed by two Schedules, one on offices of the land registry and one on fees.

This Decree lays down detailed rules regarding the subject and content of real estate registration. It specifies one by one rights and facts that must or may be registered on property records. It also specifies the categories of real estates, such as crop field, grass land, vineyard, orchard, forest, fish pond, uncultivated land, and various kind of buildings. Real estate registration process, changing of recorded data, and the necessary documents for the registration are also described in this Decree.

These Rules amend the Registered Land Rules in the Fourth Schedule which specifies fees for: an application for a Land Certificate or a certificate of Lease; an application for any instrument to be prepared in the Registry; an application for registration of any transfer; an application for registration of or filing of any instrument, other than a transfer, discharge of a charge or removal of a caution; an application for the discharge of a charge or removal of a caution; opening a new register consequent upon partition, subdivision or combination; and searches of the register or copies.

The Order sets regulations on the Land Consolidation Commission’s responsibilities and composition of its 12 members elected every four years. The members (President, 2 Vice Presidents, 3 qualified assessors nominated by the Director of the Danish AgriFish Agency recommended by the Ministry of Business and Growth, 3 qualified agriculture specialists nominated by the Director of the Danish AgriFish Agency and recommended by the Danish Agriculture & Food Council, and 3 municipal members nominated by the Danish AgriFish Agency nominated by the Local Government Authorities).

The present Ordinance enforces the Geo-Data Access Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the providing of spatial data, spatial data and metadata services on behalf of spatial data holding agencies. Article 2 established that that such data may be: 1) reproduced, printed, presented, changed, edited and shared with third parties; 2) linked to own data as to become a new and independent data; 3) integrated in non public electronic networks. The text consists of 5 articles.

This Joint Order establishes the modalities and proceedings of information interaction related to issuance of information on registered immovable rights to land plots by State registration authority to State land authority and submittal by the latter to the former information on registered land plots, forms of registers of received and submitted data. Westbank First Nation Land Registry Regulations (SOR/2007-232).

The present Regulations are made under the Westbank First Nation Self-Government Act. In particular, the Regulations set up the Westbank First Nation Land Registry which is a sub registry under the Self-Governing First Nations Land Registry held in Ottawa. It is a public registry that is password protected and can be accessed at no charge through the Helpdesk on the systems login page. Section 2 establishes that the Register shall be maintained in an office located in the National Capital Region and known as the Westbank First Nation Land Registry. The text consists of 34 sections.
