The present Ordinance enforces the Geo-Data Access Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the providing of spatial data, spatial data and metadata services on behalf of spatial data holding agencies. Article 2 established that that such data may be: 1) reproduced, printed, presented, changed, edited and shared with third parties; 2) linked to own data as to become a new and independent data; 3) integrated in non public electronic networks.
