These Regulations, consisting of 22 sections divided into six Parts and completed by two Schedules, implement provisions of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. The Regulations set out procedures for the advertisement of the exhibition of draft planning schemes and for the notification of their approval, and for the notice by a planning authority of permit applications.

The main aim of the present Act is to ensure that the entire territory of the Federal Republic of Germany and the related regions shall be developed, organized and protected by general regional plans. In so doing 1) differing requirements shall be harmonized and related conflicts shall be solved at local planning level; 2) provisions shall be made regarding specific activities and individual land uses. This Decree, composed of 18 articles and two Annexes, regulates spatial planning of all national coastal area. In particular, it regulates the formulation and approval of Coastal Area Management Plans (POOC). The Decree defines POOC objectives, formulation requirements and procedures. Moreover, it institutes Permanent Technical Commissions to operate at Province level providing technical recommendations. Furthermore, the Decree rules on POOC approval and on the subsequent public works’ implementation (including control procedures). Finally, it recalls applicable sanctions.

La presente Resolución establece los criterios de elegibilidad y los requisitos de selección para adjudicar los subsidios directos en relación con los predios que por cualquier circunstancia, ya han ingresado al patrimonio del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), están pendientes de adjudicar y no han sido transferidos por las entidades liquidadas.

El presente Acuerdo establece las condiciones para que los campesinos y desplazados accedan al subsidio de tierras bajo la modalidad de readjudicación de parcelas, que otorgará el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), por una sola vez, en relación con las parcelas que por cualquier circunstancia están en su patrimonio, ya fueron alguna vez adjudicadas, no se encuentran perturbadas en su tenencia y por lo tanto, pueden adjudicarse nuevamente.

Foreshore (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations, 1990.

These Regulations provide, insofar as applications for leases and licences under section 2 of the Foreshore Act 1933 to carry out developments on the foreshore are concerned, for prescribed times for consideration of Environmental Impact Statements provided further to the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1989 and lists prescribed bodies to whom the Environmental Impact Statements will be provided for comment.

For the purpose of the present Regulation “Board” means the Heritage Places Advisory Board, established by section 3 of the Act; and “Commission” means the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission created pursuant to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. I-11.
