This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh province.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery toward commodity and export production; increase in productivity and quality of agricultural products; sustainable protection and development of the environment and of natural resources; control of environmental pollution; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; and land use and urban planning.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 in Part 25A of Schedule 1, which grants planning permission in respect of certain development which is necessary for the purposes of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza. Where Part 25A applies, no specific application for planning permission is needed. The amendment concerns the requirement of notification to the planning authority and removal of the development once the need for it has ended.

The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Tiroler Raumordnungsgesetz 2001 (LGBl. Nr. 9372001). It rewords, inter alia, article 8 on land use planning for commercial centres; article 9 concerning proceedings for the issue of land use planning programmes; article 18 laying down provisions as to the establishment, tasks and composition of the Advisory Board; article 22 on the management of the Advisory Board.

The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and , in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.

This Order sets out, in the Schedule, powers of the Secretary of State to fix a fee or charge prescribed for the purposes of section 17 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

The Act provides for the planning of land and water use and the creation of zones for specific purposes. Section 3 sets out the tasks of the Chief Planner, who shall be an adviser in planning to central and local authorities. Every local government council shall establish a planning commission in accordance with section 4. The mayor shall be chairman of the commission. These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in article 9 to provide for the reinstatement of an exempted development for the purposes of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 where an appropriate assessment has been concluded satisfactorily. The exemption concerns any operation or activity in respect of which a Minister of the Government has granted consent or approval in accordance with the requirements of regulation 31 of the European Communities (Natural Habitats) Regulations, 1997.

The Act sets out a series of measures which are designed to conserve biodiversity and to protect and enhance the biological and geological natural heritage of Scotland. In doing so, the Act provides the principal legislative components of a new, integrated, system for nature conservation within Scotland. The Act also locates the conservation of biodiversity and of Scotland's natural environment within a wider British, European and global context.

The Land and Marine Management Strategy for Grenada is a national strategy adopted by the Government of Grenada in 2011 to guide the management of the land and marine sector. The overall goal of the Strategy is to achieve integrated national development that is environmentally sustainable. The instrument seeks to develop a coherent framework with an appropriate set of strategies that will foster productive and optimal utilization of land, freshwater, coastal and marine resources in an environmental sustainable manner.
