These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by inserting a new set of arable options and making some minor amendments. Such options include retention of overwintered stubbles followed by the cultivation or fallow creation and management of a conservation headland (with or without fertilizer application), establishment and maintenance of wildlife seed mixtures providing a food source and cover for a range of wild birds, mammals and invertebrates, and establishment and maintenance of nectar and pollen-rich plant mixture for the benefit of foraging insects, wild birds and mammals.

These Regulations implement the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 by defining powers of the Minister which may determine to what protected areas the public or any person be admitted and the conditions upon which admittance shall be allowed; and may restrict the access to any protected area.The Regulations further provide for offences and penalties, activities requiring written consent of the Minister, etc.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for expropriating (redeeming) land to create or enlarge protected areas and for leasing land in protected areas for research, tourism or recreational purposes. Applicants shall submit the technical and financial documentation for the research, tourism or recreational project and a positive expert opinion of the environmental auditor.

Section 12(2) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 enables the Secretary of State by order to direct that if an area of a National Park falls within more than one region of those, except London, specified in Schedule 1 of the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998, it is treated as falling wholly within one of them. This Order directs that the North York Moors National Park and the Yorkshire Dales National Park are treated as falling within the Yorkshire and Humber Region and that the Peak District National Park is treated as falling within the East Midlands Region.

The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations. Main objectives of the Action Plan shall be land management and conservation, the up-dating of cadastre and an improvement of the land use rights; water resources both surface, ground and rainwater proper use and management, definition and of mineral resources.

With the purpose of addressing issues related to agricultural activities and providing good management practice on how to avoid polluting water, air and soil, this Decree establishes certain practices to be applied by farmers and others involved in agricultural activities, named Codes of Good Agricultural Practice. The Codes aim at: the sustainable management of agricultural lands and natural resources, the protection and safeguarding of rural landscape and its specific characteristics, farmers and consumers health protection.

L’article 1er du règlement susmentionné établit que le plan d'aménagement particulier délimite de façon précise une zone ou une partie d'une zone arrêtée par le plan d'aménagement général d'une commune. Le présent règlement met en exécution les paragraphes 2, 3 et 4 de l’article 29 (Contenu du plan d’aménagement) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. L’article 1er établit que le rapport justificatif expose de quelle manière et dans quelle mesure le plan d'aménagement particulier précise et met en oeuvre les options ou orientations du programme-directeur de l'aménagement du territoire, du plan d'aménagement général de la commune et du plan directeur à établir le cas échéant.

Le présent règlement met en exécution le paragraphe 1er de l’article 9 (Contenut du plan d’aménagment général) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).
