This Order brings the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 into force on 27 November 2003, except for specified provisions. The Order also makes transitional and savings provision in relation to the amendments in the Act which affect agricultural holdings under the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 (article 3 and the Schedule).

These Regulations, made by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture under section 29 of the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, provide for measures to protect soil from erosion and in general conservation of the soil and combating of weeds and plant invaders. In particular attention is given to cultivation of land (especially on slopes), protection of cultivated land against erosion through the action of water or wind, and prevention of waterlogging and salination of irrigated land.

This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on allotment in lease and management of pastures, the form of contract on lease of the pasture areas for stockbreeding purpose, lease of pasture areas for other purposes, form of forest land plot usage permit for silvopastoralism. Pasture areas allotted before 16 June 1999 for long-term use shall remain in use of the lessees until 2025. Lessee shall have the right to use waterbodies in accordance with the established limits.

This Order establishes the modalities of legalization and registration of purchase and sale of the plots of agricultural land between the citizens of Kyrgyzstan and in case of expropriation of thereof from the persons who cannot own them in accordance with the legislation. Transactions with agricultural land shall be subject to compulsory state registration without notarial certification. In case of purchase and sale of a plot of agricultural land vendor and buyer change the purposeful use thereof on their own initiative.

The Ministerial Decree regards allotment in lease of agricultural land pertaining to the Special Fund of consisting of agricultural land (except for pastures) pertaining to public property. Allotment of the public agricultural land shall be carried out through tender. The winner of tender shall acquire the right to conclude lease contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of tender within ten days from conclusion of tender and legalization of its outcome.

Purchase and sale of the plots of agricultural land shall be carried out by the owners. In case of purchase and sale by the third parties they must be in possession of notarized letter of authorization. Purchase and sale of public agricultural land shall be carried out through auction sale while private agricultural land shall be purchased and sold directly by agreement between vendor and buyer without any authorization. Maximum area of a single plot of agricultural land shall not exceed 50 hectares.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la declaratoria de la inminencia de riesgo de desplazamiento o de desplazamiento forzado en una zona y limitaciones a la enajenación o transferencia a cualquier título de bienes rurales.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the reporting of projects which could be harmful to the environment. Article 1 lists projects due to be notified to the competent authority: first construction of greenhouses on agricultural land; transformation of green land, and green land in flood area; plantation of Christmas trees; drainage of land; plants for aquaculture and construction of pipelines being more than 1000 m length. The text consists of 4 articles.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 13 articles, establishes the procedures to be followed for land arrangements, including details on valuation of lands and delimitation of borders.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the rural property "Fazenda Santa Fé" in the Municipality of Uberlândia, “Minas Gerais” State. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: Fazendas Sohém e outras; Muxuré; Fazenda São José; Fazenda Pau D'Alho – III; Fazenda Cocalinho; Fazenda Mendonça; Engenho São Pedro; Fazenda Paraíso; Fazenda Poço do Serrote e Cedro. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: Fazenda Jequitibá; Fazenda Esperança; Fazenda Lagoa Bonita; Fazenda Luziane; Fazenda Contador; Fazenda Bugio; Fazenda Piedade; Fazenda Bacaba. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
