These Regulations prescribe the Forms and procedures necessary to nominate a successor who shall be entitled to succeed to the rights of tenant cultivator under the Act, or to cancel a nomination, in respect of the extent of paddy land cultivated, in the event of death or permanent disability.The Regulations further provide for the procedure for registration of a document including the registers which shall be kept for maintaining records of the documents submitted to the Commissioner General.

These Regulations specify the criteria to be taken into account in making an order for the payment of compensation to tenant cultivators and the basis on which the amount to be paid as compensation is to be determined.

These Regulations aim to reduce water pollution by limiting the amount of chemical phosphorus fertiliser applied to land. They restrict the amount of chemical fertiliser applied to land taking into consideration the phosphorous already available from the soil and organic manures and impose a duty on the controller of a holding to prevent water pollution.

These Regulations make provision in England for the administration of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and some associated Regulations. They divide England in moorland, the severely disadvantaged area (excluding moorland) and all other land for purposes of the basic payment scheme as defined by (EU) No. 1307/201.

These Regulations make provision in Wales for the administration and enforcement of compliance of farmers with in relation to payments granted directly to farmers under the Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and rural development payments under Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

El presente Acuerdo define los casos excepcionales en los cuales procede el Otorgamiento Directo del Subsidio Integral de Reforma Agraria (SIDRA) y su Procedimiento para la Postulación y Asignación. Los predios adquiridos con ocasión de la adjudicación del SIDRA serán destinados a la constitución de Unidades Agrícolas Familiares (UAF), cuya extensión será fijada en función del proyecto productivo, y que podrán ejecutarse de forma individual o asociativa según lo establecido por el instituto de consumo con los respectivos adjudicatarios.

The purpose of this Regulation is to increase the quality of previously drained agricultural land by providing subsidies for drainage of poorly drained soils, with potential for the increase of agricultural production and to minimize erosion and runoff of nutrients into watercourses. Subsidies for drainage of agricultural land shall correspond to NOK 1 000 per hectare.

El presente Acuerdo establece una posibilidad adicional de postulación a las previstas en los Acuerdos Nº 310 y 324 de 2013 para otorgar el Subsidio Integral Directo de Reforma Agraria (SIDRA) a sujetos de reforma agraria en condición de víctimas y cónyuge permanente, que haciendo parte de las Rutas de Asistencia y Reparación Integral diseñadas por la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (UARIV), hayan sido focalizados para programas de dotación de tierras y de proyectos productivos.

The scope of application of this Decree includes the granting of state subsidy for nature conservation purposes and the compensation for the restriction or prohibition of farming and in case the production structure must be significantly changed.

These Regulations amend the European Union (Good Agricultural Practice for Protection of Waters) Regulations 2014 so as to give effect to the Commission Implementing Decision on granting a derogation requested by Ireland pursuant to Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. They also make technical amendments to sections 17 and 26 of the principal Regulations and insert a new Part (7) on implementation of the Commission Decision.
