Cette situation est pourtant très loin de correspondre à leur contribution effective à la production agricole, notamment à travers les cultures vivrières.

The Chinese government encourages farmers to withdraw from their residential bases in an orderly manner to effectively revitalize land resources.

This study’s objective is to assess the socioeconomic effects of good governance practices in urban land management in two particular Ethiopian towns. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were employed to achieve this objective. Questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions were used to collect data, and the collected data were analyzed descriptively.

Increasing farmers’ income has always been the core task of China’s land reform. In 2017, a nationwide pilot project on the use of collective construction land for the construction of rental housing was launched. This study employed the synthetic difference-in-differences method to examine whether the reform contributed to the growth of farmers’ property income.
