Le ministre de l'équipement, des transports, de l'aménagement du territoire, du tourisme et de la mer prépare et met en oeuvre la politique du Gouvernement dans les domaines de l'équipement, de l'aménagement foncier, de l'urbanisme, de l'aménagement du territoire et de l'action régionale, des transports et de leurs infrastructures, du tourisme et de la mer, à l'exception de la pêche et des cultures marines et de la construction et de la réparation navales.

Ce décret modifie certaines dispositions du Code de l'urbanisme relatives aux documents d'urbanisme, et notamment au schéma de cohérence territoriale, qui comprend un rapport de présentation, un projet d'aménagement et de développement durable et un document d'orientations générales assortis de documents graphiques.

These Regulations provide for the management and administration of the Glover Island Public Reserve. They cover camping, timber harvesting, mineral exploration and commercial development.

These Regulations provide for the management of the Marble Mountain Special Management Area. Under section 4, all public authorities and all other persons, corporations, partnerships, associations or other organizations are prohibited from taking any action or undertaking any development that conflicts with or is inconsistent with the Marble Mountain Special Management Area Plan.

These Regulations, made by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture under section 29 of the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, provide for measures to protect soil from erosion and in general conservation of the soil and combating of weeds and plant invaders. In particular attention is given to cultivation of land (especially on slopes), protection of cultivated land against erosion through the action of water or wind, and prevention of waterlogging and salination of irrigated land.

El presente Reglamento establece los requisitos legales de visado de planos para la construcción de edificaciones en la Zona Marítimo Terrestre. El concesionario podrá construir tierra adentro de la línea de mojones que demarca el límite de la zona pública de la zona marítimo terrestre conforme al plan regulador.

The present Regulation is made under the Private Managed Forest Land Act. The Regulation provides for determination of exit fees and lays down provisions relating to critical wildlife habitat, including appeals.

The present Regulations are made under the Conservation Easements Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations a Conservation Easement is a voluntary legal agreement between a landowner and conservation agency to preserve land in its natural state in perpetuity in order to protect endangered species, a historical site or to preserve the biological, physical and cultural attributes of the land for future generations. Section 5 lists the information a conservation easement has to contain.

The Regulation defines the contents of the Sustainable Island Development Program and the methodology for the implementation of prescribed measures.This Regulation prescribes certain rules necessary for the correct application of the Program in order to determine the developmental decisions and goals, and the tasks and duties exercised by the operators in order to achieve these commitments and goals.The Plan, part of the Annex, is an integral part of this Regulation.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la declaratoria de la inminencia de riesgo de desplazamiento o de desplazamiento forzado en una zona y limitaciones a la enajenación o transferencia a cualquier título de bienes rurales.

With this Notice, the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism delegates powers vested in him other by section 43(1)(a) of the World Heritage Convention Act in Director-General of the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism. The powers delegated include authorization and ratification of land claims negotiations and settlement agreements entered into by the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park Authority in respect of state or private land forming part or affecting World Heritage Sites and of land acquisitions made by the Authority.
