Settled Land Act (Increase in Jurisdiction of Resident Magistrates) Order, 2013.

This Order amends the Settled Land Act in section 54(8) so as to amend the monetary jurisdictional level of Resident Magistrates Courts. Section 54 defines jurisdiction that may be exercised by any Resident Magistrate’s Court. Such jurisdiction is limited by a maximum amount of the value of land, capital money or personal chattels to be dealt with in the Court.

These Regulations, made under Article 65A(1) and (2) and Article 73(1) of the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, provide for registration of landlords including a person acting on behalf of the landlord in relation to a tenancy. A landlord must register with the registrar immediately prior to the letting of a new tenancy. The Regulations define the information which the landlord must provide for the purpose of registration and continued registration, and also provide for disclosure of information held by the registrar and not included in the register to certain bodies.

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 14 articles and two Annexes, lays down some amendments to the Decree on concession for exploitation of forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning selection of the concessionaire for the exploitation of forests that are owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by National Farm Land and Forest Fund.

Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 2012/4017 amending the Decision on the usage of revenues acquired by the implementation of Law No. 6292.

This Decision makes a minor change in Article. 1 of the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 2012/3907 on the usage of revenues acquired by the implementation of Law No. 6292. Acording to this Decision three percent of the revenues may be used for investment purposes instead of 0.52 percent as Decision No. 3907 determined.

These Regulations prescribe bodies for consultation and submission of observations to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in respect of an application for a foreshore lease, licence or permission as may be issued under the Foreshore Act. They also prescribe a statutory time limit for such consultations.

This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions for allotment in ownership or on lease on plots of municipal land for payment through public tender or through direct sale. The period of ownership or lease can be conceded for at maximum 50 years and the exact period of ownership or lease shall be established by the authorized state institution.
