The present Ordinance implements the Law on land use planning, and building regulations (Building Law) of 25 May 2011.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 9 juin 1985 sur les constructions. L’article 1er établit que la présente ordonnance renferme les dispositions nécessaires à l’application de la loi sur les constructions, à moins que des décrets ou des ordonnances particuliers n’aient été édictés à cet effet.

This Notice, made under section 25 of the Town and Country Planning Act, specifies in the Schedule a local authority that is appointed as a planning authority for a specified area. The functions of the Minister under subsections (1) and (2) of section 25 of the Act relating to the grant or refusal of permission to develop or subdivide land are delegated to the planning authority set out in the Schedule for the area described in the Schedule.

These Regulations amend the Land Registration (Forms) Regulations, 2014 in the form of a lease substituting for the words on page 623 by deleting the words "the government of the Republic of Kenya" the words" the national/county government of" and by making some minor amendments and by making some minor amendments.

The present Regulations are made under section 19 of the Northwest Territories Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the administration and disposition of oil and gas explorations in the Province. Section 2 establishes that for the purposes of these Regulations, Canada lands shall be divided into grid areas.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the subdivision of land. It deals with the following matters: Definitions, applications, maps, additional information, fees, referring application for comment, required rejection, approval of subdivision by plan, referral for comment not required and repeal. The text consists of 6 sections and 3 Schedules.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of financial contributions for the conservation of natural flora in the Canton of Appenzell Inner-Rhoden and establishes measures relating to biological qualities of plots of land. The Agriculture and Forestry Office is charged with the implementation of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Biological quality and harmonization of ecological measures pertaining to plots of land (II); Subsidies (III); Final provisions (IV).

Notamment, l’article 1er établit que le Département de la gestion du territoire exerce la surveillance dans le domaine des constructions. Le texte comprend 93 articles répartis en 9 sections comme suit: Autorités compétentes (1); Salubrité des constructions (2); Accessibilité des constructions (3); Permis de construire (5); Permis de démolir (6); Exécution des travaux (7); Taxes d'administration (8); Dispositions transitoires et finales (9). Deux annexes sont jointes.

The present Regulation enforces the Planning Act. In particular, the Regulation rules that certain planning districts (named in Scheduled A) are continued and others (named in Schedule B) are established. The text consists of 2 sections and 2 Schedules.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Building Ordinance 2008 (LGBl. No. 63/2008). The Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 34 establishing that in new buildings and major renovations of buildings the technical, ecological and economic use of highly efficient alternative systems as far as available shall be considered and documented and in particular the decentralized supply of energy coming from renewable sources.

This Order amends the Partition Act in section 14(1) so as to amend the monetary jurisdictional level of Resident Magistrates Courts. Section 14 defines jurisdiction that may be exercised by any Resident Magistrate’s Court. Such jurisdiction is limited by a maximum amount of the value of the property in question.
