This Decree, composed of 10 articles, implements some principles set forth under the Decree-Law No. 32/87 on State’s withdrawal from the management of production units. In particular, the Decree regulates: the procedures for the production units’ assignment to collective or individual users, the contracts, the procedures for requesting a concession. Finally, it indicates the related managing authorities.

This Decision concerns the reconstruction of agricultural cooperatives. It consists of 12 articles providing for the distribution of the agricultural lands between cooperatives. It states that these lands must be given to the families of the agricultural cooperative members. Land leasing shall be allowed when these members are citizens. It specifies the measures to be applied in order to calculate land surface, limits, duration of concession, competent authorities entitled to perform this activity, the use of the money gained from the sale.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Sectional Titles Act in relation with a wide variety of matters including: preparation of draft section plans, submission of a draft sectional plan to Surveyor‐General; certificates of title, sectional title registers, registration and certification of transfers and subdivisions and sectional mortgage bonds.

Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 29 novembre 1961 sur les améliorations foncières (RLAF). Le présent règlement concerne des opérations effectuées en application de la loi du 29 novembre 1961 sur les améliorations foncières. L’article 2 établit que le Service des améliorations foncières (SAF) exerce la haute surveillance des opérations d'améliorations foncières. Le chapitre I est divisé en 2 sections que traitent respectivement les opérations classiques d'améliorations foncières et les spécificités relatives aux opérations d'améliorations foncières dans les terrains à bâtir.

Le présent décret met en exécution la loi du 25 juin 1987 sur les constructions et l’aménagement du territoire. L’article 1er établit que lorsque la réalisation d’un plan de zones ou d’un plan spécial l’exige, il convient de procéder au remembrement de terrains à bâtir. Le texte comprend 79 articles répartis en 4 titres comme suit: Dispositions générales (I); Remembrement de terrains à bâtir (II); Rajustement de limites (III); Dispositions finales (IV).

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 25 juin 1987 sur les constructions et l'aménagement du territoire. L’article 2 établit que par voie de règlement, les communes ont la faculté d'édicter des dispositions complémentaires ou dérogatoires dans la mesure où la présente ordonnance l'admet expressément.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey is entitled to provide for generalisation of information on purchase and sale of the plots of land and carry out the analysis of land market. This Regulation is applicable in the process of purchase and sale by the Russian nationals of the plots of land or their shares for the purpose of conducting subsidiary smallholding, gardening or individual housing. La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 5 octobre 2007 sur la géoinformation. L’article 1er établit que la mensuration officielle désigne les mensurations approuvées par le canton et reconnues par la Confédération qui sont exécutées en vue de l’établissement et de la tenue du registre foncier. Les données de la mensuration officielle sont des géodonnées de référence utilisées par des autorités fédérales, cantonales et communales, des milieux économiques, des milieux scientifiques et des tiers pour obtenir des géoinformations.

The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Building Law of 28 April 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton Appenzell Innerrhoden. The purpose of the present Regulation is to apply a land survey to all municipalities in the Canton. Moreover, landowners are required to tolerate such a survey on their land. The Regulation provides principles and procedures for the protection and proper utilization of agricultural lands.
