This Act establishes the National Enterprise Corporation, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to its administration and operations. The Corporation shall, among other things: acquire, lease, hold and enjoy any property; manage, develop, let, hire or buy, subscribe for or otherwise acquire, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal in immovable property; and engage in agriculture and the processing, purchase and disposal of agricultural produce.
